Weakness: He cannot refuse the request of a child no matter how reluctant he is, cannot harm them or put them at risk, nor can he stand by and watch them suffer.
Connection: Miss Blake full name Sera Blake: Runs a small business in L.A. called Jacks, as those who work their know a little bit of everything and complete many different types of jobs. Miss Blake has been known to forge false documents, acts as information broker, buyer/seller of antiques, amongst other things.
Identity: Michael's costume and name are a blatant mockery of all things holy, a Devil in the "skin" of of Angel.
Bio:
The hero, "Michael", did not exist until recently when he was made into existence, it all started with a Devil by the name of ....., who resided in hell. The devil loathe all of humanity, especially the wicked souls that were sent to burn for eternity in the hell fire. Sick of the sins of humans and the growing number of damned souls in the pits of hell, he took it upon himself to bring hell to earth as their punishment was long overdue. However, all did not proceed as planned, after completing a series of dark rituals to open a gate of hell on earth, a column of light descended upon the devil, causing him to bound motionless and overwhelming voice to resound in his head. "My Child, you have attempt to break the boundary between hell and earth. This is a blatant sin against my will, thus I have chosen to punish you by exiling you earth and stripping you of your powers until you have learned what is it to be human." Then with a sudden flash of bright light the devil was blinded and after a moments he became aware of his foreign surroundings, noisy cars, bright street lights, countless humans moving along like cattle, and out of the corner of his eye, he notice something strange in the reflection of a nearby store window. Going up to it he could see a white, human male staring back at him, reflexively bringing up his hands, not claws that he had used to, up to his face in disbelief and disgust. His punishment was worst than he imagined not only is his soul now stuck in a human body, he'd lost all his powers and there are massive gaps in his memories. Unsure as what to do the Devil began to wander the City of L.A. it was while wandering that he had an idea, he'll just kill himself in order to return to return to hell. Unfortunately for the Devil, he soon learned of his body's immortality, jumping off a tall building in the middle of the night his body broken but slowly pull itself to together again. Clueless on what to do the devil wandered cursing his fate, living in constant disgust with himself and those around him.
For months the devil lived scraped by until he met a woman by the name Sera Blake, a Jack of All Trades, one of her many talents is creating authentic looking false documents, something the Devil learned that he needed if he was going to have an easier time on earth. However in order to receive the documents the Devil had to work for Sera Blake and her small business, under the name Mr. D, from odd jobs to private detective work, he continued working under her until he received his documents. "Angel Delius" was the name selected by Sera Blake, the devil asked why she had pick the name and only to get the response "It came to me when I saw you working at the daycare last week, I recall seeing you smiling for the first time." Of course Angel refused to admit that he had been caught showing affection to a human even if they were a just a child but he knew deep down for it to be true as he had grown fond of the children he took care of due to their lack of sin. Having documents he decided to pursue a field in medicine in order to see if he could find a way to end his immortality through science and return to hell.
Life seemed to peaceful for once, however Angel received a call from Miss Blake about a kidnapping of a small child and requested his assistance. Despite his reluctance he agreed, and with Angel's assistance, Miss Blake was able to track down the kidnapper to a local warehouse outfitted to be an illegal clinic that sells organs of those they kidnapped. Lucky for the child they arrived in time to save the child but unlucky for the man that ran the clinic. Angel became outraged with man filled one of the many syringes that laid about with a large dose of medicine, injecting it into the man causing him to overdose, delivering what he felt was just punishment for his sins. It was this event which changed Angel, "If God won't punish the sinners I will and show them to fear hell." In the following months Angel began to punish those according to their sin, under the guise of "Michael".
Description: 6 ft tall, white male, dark brown hair, blue eyes, no facial hair, Caesar haircut, and scrawny. Typically is wearing a a white colored pristine trench coat, with match white suit and white tie. Covering his face is black crying angel face mask, the only thing you can see is his crystal blue eyes, he also wears a cross as well, which can switch being upright, to upside down.
