Well, you don't HAVE to.

There's a very handy point-buy system in the OP

You don't actually have to roll (Though it does mean you can only pointbuy for half you stats.)

I would do that, but I like my toku heroes too much to risk not being able to play one.

EDIT: Made another change to Lillian's specialties (Investigation -> Criminology). I assumed the former included the latter; apparently not. ;-;

They have more than any except for Trained, though.

I know and I would've gone Trained if it wasn't hard to simulate an powered armor-wearing sharpshooter with the limited power slots. I mean, I could've used the Wizardry system for that, but then I'd have to rejig the Gear Sheriff lore to change the armor itself, which is just a pain in the ass.

i just used wymond's specialties to make him really good and trained at swords&runnings&armies :v

I made Radia's specialties fit the events of her backstory.
