Elysia is a short sixteen year old girl. Unfortunately, she has the body of a twelve-year-old due to an unfortunate side effect of her chronological powers. A pair of horns curl from her brown. When she summons a duplicate from another time line, through doubtlessly bizarre reasons, one of those horns disappears, and the duplicate has the remaining horn. She typically loses the right horn, but occasionally the left; when that happens, she always has severe doubts over being the primary timeline. She refers to herself as Eins, and her duplicate as Zwei, to avoid confusion, though this is sometimes debated by the duplicate.
Elysia lives in a rather large house, over which she has almost no control whatsoever; the servants are all paid by mail, without her intervention, and she too is provided an allowance. Like a child! This annoys her, but she still takes the money, because money is money and she doesn't have a job.
A lot of things annoy Elysia. Being short and childish in appearance, few give her the respect she thinks she deserves, and this is not helped by her rather large ego. She tends to avoid direct conflict, merely paralysing opponents from ambush before stealing any powers. And then gloating. She finds the gloating part rather important. She is, however, supernaturally strong, and thus capable of a lot more damage than you would expect. While she is incredibly intelligent, she is also prone to attention swings, which prevents many of her works ever coming to fruition.
Elysia wants to leave Fairfield for several reasons, most of all... it's
boring. She can get along easily with neither her peers or younger children, nothing really happens, and the idea of a menial job horrifies her.
Aspects and Challenges
Elysia wants to prove herself the best. Impressing people, and overcoming challenges are important for her.
Her unbearable pride means she can't reject direct challenges.
ChaossoahC: Few people know that Eins und Zwei do not actually 'split', so much as they exist in two alternate realities concurrently. The Clock Queen theorized in a temporal symposium (hosted in her time-blimp, above the ashes of radioactive alternate Earth #511) that the pair was in fact doing the opposite-instead of duplicating themselves, they merge their separate realities into one whole, only to unwind them back later. She may have been a bit tipsy, in her own defense...
Effect: Whenever Eins 'duplicates', she induces dramatic (and random) chaotic changes in the world, much to the ignorance of the people around her. These changes can range from harmless (switching the gender of all her teammates), to helpful (one of her teammates is suddenly healthy because they dodged that attack instead of taking it in the face), to quite unpleasant (Wimpy Street thugs become Rampaging Elephant Demons). Rewinding the changes is easy as 'unduplicating', forcing the respective realities into their own corners...however, this also can have odd effects...
