You know, I think Dwarmin massively underestimated the interest for this game.

Well, that's also true, but seriously, I would have recruited a couple other GMs to pick up some of the extra players :v

Nah.
It's his setting; other GMs add extra complication, mainly in coordinating player actions and their effects on the world, adding new details to canon and keeping it all consistent. Having Co-GMs makes everything exponentially more complicated.

It also stops being his project and starts being theirs, which is something he might prefer to avoid.

Also, if a co-gm flakes out it messes up absolutely everything.

I've tried a co-GM'ed game before
and it failed miserably
whenever one of us was lazy (very frequently me), the other couldn't move their game on

That... does not seem like the kind of thing that would be allowed. You end up essentially having 5 slots for powers, which I don't think would be allowed because it's basically doubling your origin bonus. But I'm not the GM, so that's Dwarmin's call.

I read it as just "another power".
We shall see, as you say.

Knowing Dwarmin, it'll probably entail harsher and more interesting downsides, but if it's not acceptable, I'll just change it.

If it's a different game entirely, it's not really co-gming.
Sharing plot and setting still runs into the issues I stated.

If someone wants to run their own game, nothing's stopping them. They can go ahead and do it. It really has nothing at all to do with this game...

About the birthright, on the wiki it does specifically say that birthright gives you another power choice. And that the double ones take up two choices. idk but it seems pretty clear that birthright is effectively just another single slot like all your other slots. GM will have to clarify, but. Well, it seems that way.
