Any food or other perishables rots ten times as fast when near you. Of course, this does not apply to things that don't generally rot, such as stuff in packets, or honey.

Your teeth fall out when you yawn.

You gain a hindbrain, capable of fighting, moving and avoiding basic and obvious danger (massive predators, yes, loud noises, yes, radiation warnings, no) when your main brain is unconscious, drugged, asleep, or otherwise can't handle your body.

You can create illusions, visible to other people, but whenever one is active, your sight will be reduced or lost.

Your hearing becomes sensitive enough for you to navigate by echolocation, by whistling. So incredibly sensitive.

You need eighteen hours of sleep.

Your hands shake wildly and uncontrollably, when awake.

Your spine splits at the neck into two weaker spines, joining again at the pelvis. If one is damaged, the nervous system of that side of the body will be harmed, but not that of the other side.

All your hair falls out, and you grow disfiguring scars across your face and torso.

Any child you have will only have your genes, not that of the other parent. No other visible effects.

Your vocabulary is reduced to the most simple five hundred words of English, or whatever your main language(s) is.

Your spittle contains a potent neurotoxin, which causes violent insanity whenever it enters someone's body (by being eaten, through the eye, a wound, etc.)

Life-threatening tumours grow on your body rather fast, getting large enough to kill whatever organ or limb they're part of, in about a week. You get one every few months.

You can intuitively guess computer passwords, lock combinations, and other stuff like that, with reasonable accuracy.

Your face loses all expression: you no longer give anything away with it, but you can't convey your feelings either.

Gaping sores open up all over your body, making movement painful.

You grow twice as heavy (dense), though no stronger. This makes movement more difficult, but you will be a much more effective fighter when leaping or stomping on people, or delivering blows from above.

You can make it rain by force of will, though doing this in dry areas or long periods will sap your willpower.

You can turn invisible, but only when asleep, unconscious or otherwise not thinking.

You lose all external fat on your body. This means you'll get cold a lot faster, though is alright in hot climates.

Your ears produce earwax in great quantities, so much that you have to clear them out once every few minutes in order to prevent temporary hearing loss.

You hear the voices of your ancestors, advising you. Sometimes it's good advice, like a warrior teaching you new fighting techniques. Sometimes it's just incoherent screaming in a language you don't understand.

You pass out whenever someone dies near you.

You have no head, your face instead being on your chest and your brain being a) of a different structure and b) in a bony hump on your back.

 Knife hands:
Your fingers fuse into one solid piece and become stronger than steel. Your little finger sharpens to a razor point. You can no longer pick up anything requiring fingers.

 Spearhead:
You grow a spike that is 1d4 feet long on the top of your head. This aids in killing people with a tackle charge, but makes you easier to pick out.

 Halitosis:
Your breath smells like rotting Meat for 2d20 weeks.

 Fade to Nothing:
If at any point you start to think about  the possibility that everything is a figment of your imagination, you will slowly start to disappear. This can be stopped with someone philosophically debating with you on the fact that it couldn't be your imagination.

Eyes of the Forest
Your iris color becomes a pleasant, deep color of green.

Spider Cough
You begin to constantly hack up spiders.

Not so Shizophrenic Shizophrenic
Another you appears in front of you.  they phase in and out of reality, and are generally agreeable to your actions

 Limb rebellion
One of your limbs rips it self off, and leaves.

You can stun human males at will, rendering them unconscious for several minutes.

You can stun human females at will, rendering them unconscious for several minutes.

You age rapidly, passing about forty years of your life in terms of your physique, over just one week. You then stop aging, altogether, becoming immortal though not unkillable.

You forget all your friends' names, permenantly, as well as those of any people you know well.

You become extremely brittle, individual limbs liable to shatter when hit with a hard, heavy object.

You no longer need to breathe oxygen: any nontoxic gas or liquid will be fine, for a period of up to twelve hours.

Things appear to shine brightly in your vision, proportional to how valuable they are.

You are constantly teleporting, distances of 5-30 metres in any direction but up, about once every minute, except when asleep. This cannot be controlled.

You can talk to computers, as you would a human being, by touching their circuitry. Those you touch have personalities, and can be convinced to help you out, after some talking or a charisma roll or equivalent. They can also develop a dislike of you.

When somebody sees you perform deeds they would consider moral, they feel less able to disregard your needs and requests. If they think you are an extremely moral person, they feel compelled to obey your orders.

Your skin becomes freezing cold. This can be a reasonably effective weapon in close quarters against exposed enemies, but will rapidly give you frostbite and will kill you in a few hours, if nothing is done. Your skin must be insulated by several layers of material for you to survive: insulation of any sort functions remarkably well in keeping your skin warm. Your skin does feel the cold, but a great deal less than the truly agonising cold anyone or anything to touch you will experience/be subjected to.

Your arms fuse together into one arm protruding from your chest, twice as strong and nothing like as dexterous.

Objects of your affection experience greater heat than is usual. If you could be said to "love" something with a melting point of less than 500 degrees celcius, it will melt, provided it has not already caught fire.

You can turn anything transparent into a liquid at will, though great willpower is required to do this to large bodies. This could be used, for example, to affect people's vision by liquidating their lenses and retinas.

 You levitate when anxious.

You grow inch-long suckered tentacles all over your legs. Helps with climbing, swimming, and whatever the fuck you'd enjoy doing if you had leg-tentacles.

Your knee and elbow joints permenantly seize up, and cannot be moved without breaking your bones.

You grow a metre taller as your vetebrae separate, and become more likely to break your back.

If you reproduce once, the offspring will number no fewer than eleven, and will come to term in only three weeks.

You can assume mental control over people less than ten years old.

You can alter the pH (acidity) of substances mentally.

Your Mental capacities shudder, and your intelligence and wisdom falls heavily. On the flip side you feel like theirs some clubbin' and spine crushing to do.

Whenever you raise your hand, a unique voice calls out to you, generally exclaiming a random party name and to catch the illicit substance that will sail towards your direction. The voice is different every time, as with the phrase they say to you, along with the substance.

Roll a D6 every day. That is the amount of fingers one will have on there hand(s).

Aging immensely you come to the near-end of your natural lifespan, However, you gain heavy telekinetic and generally powerful mind powers, not at all similar to a Emperor Palpatine.

 Gyroscopic:
Your limbs seperate from the rest of your body, but remain close enough for them to still be used effectively. You are able to remain upright at al times. your legs and arms move and turn normally, but your head and torso can never be turned upside down or sideways. does not work with zero G.

 Nebulous:
You turn into a gas with the ability to solidify when grabbing objects. Your greatest enemy/fear is a ceiliing fan or a particularly stiff wind.

 Natural Alarm Clock:
You wake up at 1d6 o' clock and wail an alarming and very annoying piercing screech.

Sure, why not!

Your tongue becomes prehensile and grows to be nearly two feet in length. The utility of this is questionable but it sure does make quite a impression!

Your eyes become extremely sensitive to light, and feel like they're burning if your outside with no ocular protection. Fortunately, a pair of thick goggles can remedy this without issue.

When you go to sleep, you regenerate from your wounds twice as fast, but you need to sleep twice as long.

When you are very agitated, your voice becomes very high-pitched, much like someone who's inhaled a large amount of helium.

All your hair falls off, your teeth fall out (only liquids for you, my friend), and your fingernails and toenails fall off.

Your bones glow blindingly bright. Beneath your skin, they only provide glorious illumination, but when exposed (by an injury, or when you open your mouth to reveal your teeth), people will literally go blind after looking at them.

You can read books in seconds just by touching them.

 Anyone you touch goes blind.
