You develop a hard chitinous exoskeleton on your torso. It is painful if broken, but is very strong, making you resistant to unarmed torso hits

258: Nightman
You are invisible and intangible when exposed to direct sunlight. This includes to your own clothes and gear.

271: All writing you see changes into nonsensical glyphs and invented words. If magic exists, when uttered these words engender the presence of dark beings and have chaotic magical effects. If magic is not present in the game, these words merely cause extreme pain to whoever hears them, even the person saying them.

272: Your ribs expand and extrude from your chest, forming natural armour over your upper body.

273: You suffer from extreme haemophilia, thus needing lots of fluid and protein whenever you suffer from a large gash or wound.

274: You go blind. Tough luck.

277: A massive hole slowly opens up in your chest, over the period of about a day. It does not bleed, and you do not lose vital fluids, but your organs are extremely exposed and in danger of falling out. In just slightly colder temperatures, high winds, dusty or sandy places, etc, if the holes is uncovered, you will experience incredible pain.

278: You forget anything you ever knew about vehicles.

283. Stretch.
Your limbs are able to be stretched to six times the normal length. It is extremely painful and can dislocate the bones.

284. Thicker than Water.
Your blood becomes thicker than Molasses. Each blood cell carries enough oxygen to keep you alive.

285. Thinner than oil.
Your blood becomes thin enough to leak between your cells. To compensate, you produce more than enough blood cells.

291: Your blood becomes extremely prone to reacting with the oxygen in the air: it will catch fire extremely quickly, but only when large amounts are exposed. The condition does not affect your internal functioning.

292: When you stand near large quantities of garbage, they tend to catch fire and explode.

293: You become an extremely sensitive psychic: not only can you precisely feel the location and situation of any creature being hurt, you also experience their pain. The death and agony of any creature more developed than an insect can completely immobilise you for hours.

294: Beast Master
       When within 1d100 meters of a wild animal, flip a coin. On a heads, it will serve you for three hours, on a tails, you must serve its whims (Which it can provide you with telepathically) for   four hours.

295: Freezer Burn
 Your skin rapidly freezes solid at temperatures below room-temperature.

296: Assonance
       You gain a permanent telepathic link with all mules, asses, and donkeys within 1d100 miles at the time this mutation is gained.

298: Your hair threads itself into a dozen or so strong dreadlocks, and faintly luminescent bulbs form on the end of these, each the size of an apple. They can help you see in the dark, and are extremely buoyant, though not so buoyant that you cannot swim downwards.

299: Your chin lengthens to a sharp point, protuding several inches from the rest of your face.

300: When one of your limbs, or a great deal of flesh, is removed from your body, it quickly turns into a raccoon.

I did, but the names started taking longer than the mutations...

301: You know the location of any occupied birds nests within three hundred metres. Helps with scavenging.

302: You feel physically ill in the presence of greed.

303: You start to urinate heavy water.

304: You gain extremely sensitive hearing, but can be deafened much more easily.

308: Blood is permenantly routed away from your extremities. This reduces your ability to perform complex actions using your hands, as well as your ability to endure hot environments. It doesn't help deal with the cold particularly.

309: You can see UV light. This helps your vision generally, enhancing it a bit in night, darkness, or when examining things closely.

310: Your arms and legs shorten massively, to about a third of their previous length.

311: Your constanly produce a slightly toxic slime, letting it out through your pores. Ingesting any or breathing in near great quantities will give hallucinations, total resistance to which can be built up over about a day. These hallucinations will not affect you.
