David will punch through the mechwarper, assuming nothing happens, having a functional level of 5, he is easily able to one shot the mechwarper, it has a functional level of 2, monsterwise.

The machine gives a whir of pain as it explodes.

"I'll fix... her... up after this." Cogmaster says.

David may act as though he kicked down the door for most purposes by killing it.

It is still David's turn.

((Some spells are permanent, some are temporary, assuming there is no statistical change, is TCM cool with this being a persistent curse? It can be cured via methods that would do so logically, or I can just have it end with the fight.))
