In games where running out of cards causes you to lose, you are instead Rendered "Helpless" which means once you try to draw, your cards become too exhausted to function any more in this match, you lose, but it is not a crippling blow.

Hearthstone is different, if you run out of cards, and do not surrender, you can die from fatigue damage if you keep playing.

this is reasonable right?

You can pick out those cards, but it is assumed you do all the boring stuff leading up to that in the background.

So heartstone, you skip a few turns, play some worthless minions and have them kill themselves somehow, then play your card whne oyu have enough mana.

Just pretend they did all the boring parts when they do an uncontested match.

so, you're saying the first attack i do doesn't get counterattacked

how much damage would argo do normally, whilst using prow of prophecy, and whilst using grand voyage
and can i multi-attack with them
or do i have to find out about all of this ON THE FIELD

you'll find out on the field, but you are essentially a reverse David, since you start strong and get weaker.

Expect 15-20 Damage to start with Argo's Special stamina consuming moves, but reduced damage against faces for balance.

hold on
i made prow of prophecy be a spin-stealing move
make it so it steals back more than it loses, so if i miss i still cry maybe?

Let's say it steals a part of overkill or underkill damage, so if you Blow up a 1/1, or plink against a 20/20, you get some survivability back?''

does anybody have any objections to NO-DUEL MISSION 001 occurring soon? it will be a chance to test deck utility and get some early game loot.

Oh man. I love my conditional immortality mechanic because it's actually just rolling up another identical character so my corpse stays there and I walk in or drop from the shadows and start playing. No duel mission sounds good.

You can multi attack with skills, but aside from grand voyage, you will lose more Stamina in addition to taking damage for all of the attacks

Question, what counts as energy for other games?

Also, am I still waiting on my card draw? (unless we go on the mission during the match, in which case I guess I need to wait.)

So are we some sort of para-police force that's trying to snuff out card-based crime? That's dope.

Yeah basically, coupled with a few REAL threats, like smartasses casting Door to Oblivion, which requires use of future sight cards and all that good stuff, And a few Mafia equivalents involving cultists and those card games I disallowed because they were vague.

Exactly why only the Big bad(s) use chess, it would only work in really vague nonspecific Shadowrealm millennium item style bullshit methods.
