Actually, how will Yu-Gi-Oh mirror matches work in this game? We're limited to 15 card decks, but as far as I remember the minimum was 40 cards for a legal deck.

We can have larger decks. We just start with fifteen. We can buy or loot more later,

Exodia gets shit on repeatedly in the series though.

In this case, getting all of them in your hand summons Exodia, who basially has unlimited 8000 (20) damage attacks on the turn it is summoned.

I am surprised nobody tried it, but I digress,  Basically, you will eventually make a full deck, and if a mirror match occurs, you and your opponent have the card limit that you do.

I just figured 15 card limit will speed up matches somewhat.

My questions keep getting missed. :(

In WH40K, one wins by having more Victory Points (VP) than your opponent at the end of the game. It's possible to lose one's entire army and still win a Pyrrhic or Strategic victory. Is it possible for both parties of a conflicted match to win if they satisfy their win conditions?

How good is our Hero Insurance, i.e. will we get in trouble for causing collateral damage? It should always be avoided, of course, but still.

Technically, unless there is a reason that says otherwise, simply completing the mission goals is enough to pass, even if you lose the duel.  A lot of times, Dueling is to keep the bad guys occupied while your team takes care of the problem, or to subdue them enough to be arrested.

This can be done by exceeding their tolerance as well, causing them to surrender, beating them, or simply giving them a situation where they can;'t escape even if they win.

If your health reaches 0, you are D E D ded, you can surrender or lose consciousness before that though.

Actually, with YuGiOh rules, summoning Exodia wins you the game. Automatically, with no protests allowed.

Probably a mirror-match-only point, though.

collateral damage is pretty easy to fix in most cases, don't worry about it, the CCTG will take care of it.

You can, but only so they can be arrested.

Well, in series, he has to at least attack them.

No he doesn't, actually. Just having them wins it, the attack is just the representation of that.
