Name: Kisa Hanazawa
Age: 14
Description:Physical:
Kisa is of average height for her age, accentuated by her thinness which she never seems to be able to get rid of even when eating. She likes wearing slender coats, so it doesn't matter too much. She carries her Tamagotchi in a small pouch at her waist, which is adorned with badges of Mametchi and other Tamagotchi characters, with a few outliers such as a
certain ditzy guitarist and
a rather unusual mecha.
Behavioural: Confident, but kind and patient, as a result of being a seasoned Tamagotchi breeder. Tends not to lose her temper too easy while she takes care of her Tamagotchi and often even offers to watch over other people's battling monsters for them, using her training in taking care of her own virtual monsters to care for others.

Phase Progression: Friend Connect: Kisa
Connects to a Creature or Player (if applicable) using the Tamagotchi device. If an enemy Creature or Player is Connected to by Kisa, it loses its turn and cannot be used by the opponent to attack and cannot be interacted with until the end of the turn. During her turn, she has a choice of accessible Actions (however, only Play and Interact can be accessed while Connecting with an enemy Creature):
-
Feed: This heals the Creature depending on Kisa's Heart and Happiness rating with that Creature. [Happiness rating is added to the Heart roll]
-
Interact: The Tamagotchi on her device plays with the Creature to increase the relationship between it and the downloaded Creature. If the Creature is an ally, the Creature is given a buff depending on the Tamagotchi that played with it. If the Creature is an enemy, the Creature gains Happiness stacks and is debuffed by the same amount.
-
Play: Kisa and the active Tamagotchi play with the Creature, boosting its Happiness.
-
Clean: Kisa cleans the Creature to remove any debuffs (i.e. negative Spell Cards and curses).
-
Discipline: Kisa lectures the Creature with the assistance of her Tamagotchi to add a different effect to their next active turn. The effect depends on the Active Tamagotchi. Discipline Effects cannot be stacked.
If Kisa does not Connect to a Creature, she can instead
Feed, Clean, Play or Discipline the Tamagotchi on her device with the same effects (Play boosts the relationship between Kisa and the Tamagotchi instead of Interact). This also applies to any Creatures she has lured into defecting to her side.
In terms of combat, if a Tamagotchi is slain by an attack or removed from combat by the effect of a card, it is instead sent back to the Tamagotchi device it resides in and forced to regenerate for three turns before being accessible. This means that Kisa cannot select the Tamagotchi as an Active and cannot use its buffs from Playing or Disciplining.
tl;dr: Select Active Tamagotchi* - Connect - Select Action** - Execute Action - Upload - Command Creatures - End Turn
* Skip if the Active Tamagotchi does not change.
**Skip to Select Action if the Tamagotchi attached to the device is selected instead of someone else.
Happiness: A mechanic restricted to the Tamagotchi devices. This stat acts as a gauge from 0 to 10, boosted by 1 every time Kisa
Plays or
Interacts with a Creature; enemy Creatures instead get an increase of [Heart x 10% + 1] to their Happiness, rounded up. The higher the Happiness gauge, the higher chance of a Heart-based miracle for the allied Creature or Player; the bonus chance is +[Happiness x 10]%. This will usually reset after a battle is over, with the exception of Ginjirotchi, or whoever is her primary Tamagotchi at the time, who cannot go under 10. This also applies to allied Players targeted by Connect.
An opposing Creature that builds Happiness with Kisa through
Playing or
Interacting has a [Happiness x 10%] chance of ignoring its master or refusing to attack Kisa if targeting her, instead attacking its master; opposing Players lose the game instead, unable to attack Kisa. At max Happiness, the enemy Creature joins Kisa instead, leaving enemy control and falling under her control; at this point, it gains the same bonus to Heart-based miracles as allied Creatures and her own Tamagotchi gain. A maxed Happiness Creature will also never betray Kisa, even if targeted by a effect that changes the controller of the Tamagotchi.
Out of combat, Kisa and her Tamagotchi can
Play with other Creatures once per Duel (once per Creature) to increase their Happiness slower, increasing it by 0.5 per interaction. However, Happiness gained like this can never be lost, unlike Happiness from battle actions.
As well, Kisa can divert status effects and attacks targeted at her towards her Tamagotchi and Befriended Creatures, even if the attack would normally pierce and hit her. Her Tamagotchi have [Health + (Happiness x 10)] HP; any Befriended Creature gains [Happiness x 10] to their Max HP, or gains an HP gauge if applicable. However, her Creatures can only take one status effect at a time. Similarly, Kisa can only use Befriended Creatures to attack her enemies, as her Tamagotchi are incapable of attacking at all.
