You created walls of ice spikes, herding the Kobolds away from their route, they still scatter all about, however.

Any Kobolds that head remotely your way sees you and decided that they don't want to fuck with the crazy hook-wielding eldritch knight.

You got Teleported back, but since you don't feel like walking into traps again, you presumably did not move from the rear. How do you plan to engage?

Your power isn't quite there yet, but you do make many unaware of their surroundings. This leads to a few running into their own traps, mostly deadfall traps. It was almost sad to see those Kobolds get crushed by their own traps, almost.

You whip some Eldritch Vines at some Kobolds, trapping them and capturing some, leaving them squirming and making panicky noises as they are left helpless in your tentacles.

The scattered Kobolds were a hard target, and your rot ball often just didn't get there in time to hit the fast-moving targets.

You imagine that it'll do wonders to big, slow targets though.
