You grapple on to the wall, then detonate all the explosives you placed in the turret rooms. The result is a large rush of air, sucking the majority of the selffulms into space, and the others started convulsing, then exploding due to the difference in pressure in their bodies. You swipe the goop off of your visor and type into the terminal, "Art though enjoying thine eye tattoo?" He responds, "No." You run back into the room where the master used to be, and you find the piggie still on the terminal, but he had a bubble hat on. He turns to you and says, "When my people subjugated, we not know say no was option! If you save my people, I help you best I can. I can access ship systems, see, I let other humans out." He presses some buttons and the large hangar doors started opening. You hope the humans had learned to fly them well enough to get out.

Agreed to help the piggy! Offer him handshake and say that it is the gentlemanly way of sealing the deal. Ask him what must we do to help his people so he can help us. Also see if he can't disable the guns.

You reach out your hand. "Of course I will help you. Could you please open that hatch where the master disappeared down? And disable the turrets? What do you need me to do? Oh... and in my world, shaking hands is a sign of friendship." The piggy looks extremely happy. "Yes, I open hatch, but turrets controlled in turret room only. I talk to my people through terminal, but they spread all around ship. I tell them to get in lifeboats but that take time. No destroy ship until all in lifeboats please." You agree and you two shake hands. The piggy types something in the terminal and the hatch opens. You leap through it. The hatch leads to a complete maze of hallways the perfect size for a master. There are doors blocking every direction. Then, one of the doors opens. The piggy must be leading you towards the master. You follow the path of opening doors, passing several more ceiling passages where the master probably has sprees in other rooms. Finally, you find a ceiling hatch open. You leap up through it and find yourself in what you assume is the reactor room or engine room. The sphere had been rolled away. The master was operating a terminal towards the back wall. He turned and looked terrified, his left eye was shut completely. He said in a stuttering voice, "n n n now d d don't k k kill me. I have s s set this ship on a collision course with earth. Only I can do that. If you kill me, then nobody can save your planet. This ship is big enough to turn earth into a molten wasteland."

Radio in for the interceptors to come in and destroy the port engines. Then, we flying punch the master in the gut.

Reverse the polarity of the engines.
This will decelerate the ship until it stops.  THEN radio the interceptors.  Free ship!

You get on the radio and explain to the captain that you need any fighters and all missiles to target the port engines on the mother ship, which was now accelerating towards earth. The master still looks terrified, but he is more sure of himself as he speaks. "That will do no good. If you haven't noticed, the materials this ship is made of are far superior to whatever you use. Only I can manipulate the engines and navigation systems. However, if you decide to join with me, I can spare your planet. Just look at all the other creatures I have taken under my wing. The ones you call spiders were almost mindless, but love to keep things clean, so I give them what they need and let them do what they want. The ones who you call piggies were exceptionally intelligent, but cannot think for themselves. I have allowed them to do what they are best at and provided them what they need. And the ones you call selffulms were mindless eating machines, but I have managed to control them, and still allow them to do what they want." On cue, every door opens and Selffulms pour in. "So" Started the master, "What will you choose?"

Also, say that he probably don't need to have his legs and all of his arms and fingers and teeth and ears to be able to stop the thing.

And unless he starts stopping it now, we'll make him our bitch and he'll have less of himself the longer he continue to not stop the thing.

To counter his threat, you come up with some of your own. 'a' 'ood sev uz planet, 'n kill theur. orl ah want is for theur ta nip on full reverse, nip on back ta wheear theur cem fra, 'n leev 'umanity a sen. if theur won't ah mun remin' theur 'a' theur onny need 'un ahm ta control dis ship. it 'ood be eur shem if summa' wor ta ap'n ta thy others." The master considers your threats carefully. and responds. "You don't know what you're talking about. This reactor over here gets its power from black hole radiation. If you were to blow up right now, the black hole would swallow this ship, then continue towards your precious earth and crash into it. And while I do dislike the proposal of losing my arms, I think that you wouldn't like to be digested by a Selffulm. Attack. Be happy knowing that once you die, I'll stop the ship and enslave the rest of your race. Goodbye." The selffulms create a ring around you and start closing in on you.

"Damn, we're in a tight spot." Climb the wall and hang from a pipe in the ceiling, start pulling wires and shooting electronics with the Gauss pistol. Find the main power conduit and begin plant just enough 'splosives to seperate it.then climb away before the rabid pack of self conscious amoebas digest us.
