With its green scales and fiery breath, it began to raise the town—but, you resolved, it would never finish doing so! On top of a tall rooftop, you and the dragon met for the first time.

What did you do?

I scolded it for being a bad dragon, and made it take a time out.

I immediately afterwards purchase said Bad Dragon.

I burst out singing and dancing, inviting him to join me in a crazy dance

I gripped my enormous steel hands around its neck and choked the living hell out of it.

[4] Another rooftop hero then purchased the dragon, this act the first step of his master plan.

[3] Even two people weren't enough to entice the dragon.

I gripped my enormous steel hands around its neck and choked the living hell out of it.

[5] Distracted by the dancers, the dragon was easy prey for the iron hands of the Mad Choker, an escaped serial killer.

The Rooftop Battle was filled with unlikely heroes.

[3] Struggling as hard as it could, the dragon managed to escape, clawing the Mad Choker as it did so. Still, it was weakened; its sore neck made it reluctant to breathe fire.

[SOLDIER First]

Tut impatiently at the murderers and assure my dragon that everything is fine while petting its neck gently.

The dragon's building new infrastructure for the town?  That doesn't sound too bad.  Unless you mean it is raising the town into the sky with its power and killing it would cause the town to drop.  In either case, protect the dragon
