Can you look over this?
[spoiler]Name: Kira (The Hunter)
Age: 19
Race: Human?
Gender/Sex: Female/Female
Description:
Accompanying Black Eclipse, Kira (The Hunter) is truly an intimidating sight, Clad in armor wrought from the remains of great beasts, and wielding weapons nobody their size should logically wield, their cold, stoic demeanour and lack of remorse causing them to be truly terrifying.
Well, that would be so, if they weren't so short. Kira (The Hunter) stands around 5'3, with a somewhat high-pitched voice and (beneath the mask) a cute face that makes her grim expression seem more comical than scary. Her mousy brown hair falls down to just below her shoulders on those rare occasions her head is unencumbered, and her silvery-grey eyes are usually hooded or in some other intimidating expression. Well, would-be intimidating.
Perks:
Won't Go Down: For someone so tiny, she's certainly durable. Kira takes 0.8x damage from all attacks.
Vertical Combat: Kira is immune to damage from being slammed into objects, including fall damage.
Unconsciousness Expert: Kira dies at -30 HP rather than -15.
Attack its Weak Point: Kira is good at hitting weak points. Does an extra x1.5 damage on a critical hit.
Flaws:
I'm not cute!: As opposed to her tall, dark and imposing companion, Kira is not the sort of person to garner great amounts of attention. 0.70x Fame and Infamy, wherever relevant.
Equipment:
Weapon Name: Heavy Bowgun (Queen's Longflier)
Type: Modifiable
Weapon Damage: 1d10
Effects: Heavy: When unfolded and carried, the HBG weighs Kira down quite a lot, reducing her movement speed considerably (x0.75).
Description: A scaly(?) green rifle with a pair of crossbow arms on the back, this complex weapon can fire an array of different ammo types.
Weapon Name: Hammer (Harmingbird)
Type: Modifiable
Weapon Damage: 1d8
Effects: Heavy: When wielded, the Hammer weighs Kira down a fair bit, reducing her movement speed (x0.85). Also reduces hit chance by 1.
Poisonous: This odd weapon causes the opponent to take 1d4 poison damage each turn after a successful hit for 1d4 turns. This does not stack.
Description: A huge, navy blue... flower. It's made of something pretty solid, though, and it's poisonous, so watch out.
Armor Name: Pale Armour
Type: Modifiable
Effects: Insulative: Grants a 80% damage reduction against lightning attacks.
Defense Bonus: 3 RES.

Skills:
Basic Attack
Basic Defense
Crouching Fire: Kira crouches and mounts the HBG to the floor, hailing fire upon the enemy. When wielding the Heavy Bowgun, Kira can completely sacrifice movement to gain the ability to fire twice in one turn, with a +3 damage bonus and +2 chance to hit. This takes one turn to engage and one to disengage.
Charged Strike: When wielding the Hammer, Kira can take one turn to charge a strike. The hit deals 1.5x normal damage. If she charges for another turn, it deals x2 damage.
Je Suis Monté!: When not wielding a weapon, Kira pins an enemy - any enemy - and begins stabbing it in the back with a carving knife. If Kira succeeds a melee attack roll at a -4 penalty to hit, the enemy is immobilised and Kira deals 1d8 damage per turn to them. The opponent must succeed an attack roll (+1) against her to shake her off.
Other: Kira accompanies Black Eclipse everywhere, and is somehow able to understand him. Perhaps one of these things came first, perhaps the other, but the fact remains that she does it. She is, however, still the sidekick in the long run.
