I'm asking so I know who to ship Argent with so I know who's actually going to be in contact with the Union and who wouldn't be out of curiosity.

As it says in their sheet, Argent is definitely not in the Union.

Contagion now no longer had the Nightvision perk, but shifted the immune to blinding effects to his gasmask because it makes sense with the lenses on the gasmask.

Should be complete now ;D
Had a look over it, you still need to add one more flaw or remove another perk.

Nerf it. Add a cool-down of some sort, or maybe make it a once-per-battle thing. Don't want you spamming that, do I? I'd also consider adding in some weakening after the fusion, but from what I've gathered they already have to be somewhat low on health to use it, so that's fine.

I'd also like to know what you mean by 'stats and skills equivalent to a character two levels higher'.
I had assumed it was clear it was supposed to be a once per battle thing. Wat's the point of the time limit if it's spammable?And I mean they are basically a character that is two levels higher than either Mystral or the yet-to-be-sheeted brother, with a different sheet as well. I intend to discuss it with USEC.
So, this ok...?

Contagion definitely is not with the Union.

Chaotic Good heroes don't tend to go well with those things :P

Mentoring program: The summoner can take on 1 apprentice every 5 levels and 1 at level 1, apprentices learn 1 free summoning spell of their choice at level 1 once upon being made such.

To replace max-min'd

Enchant takes a spell I have and applies it's effect to about her player's item for a while, the exact effects of this are variable in nature

Metamagic changes how my other spell works, doubled makes me cast it twice, but it is weaker, one makes it a weak item that can be stored or given away, and one makes it a beam instead of a proof of smoke before enacting it's effect, for my purposes right now, it makes me able to make one use pokeballs with a single slime in it, summon more slimes with prep work, and fire a beam of slimes.

Alright, added another flaw:
  Perma-Poisoned- Every other turn while Contagion's health is below zero, it decreases by 2 instead.
Hm.

The health decrease isn't continuous, so this doesn't really work as a flaw. Rather, the health decrease once unconscious increases by one point per turn. So first you lose -1, then you lose -2 HP, then -3 etc.

Change the flaw.
How is my altered perk and explanation?
Seems fine for now, then.

Blokkere's definitely Union, being both too nervous and perhaps not creative enough to really go out and hero on his own.

I won't complain about most of the balance stuff, because it's just buffing Blokkere :P I'll also stat Objects In Motion better.

I will say that I wasn't quite sure what to put for the skills. Clothesline can be changed to a 1d8 damage roll automatically against any enemies trying to run by him, Grab and Freeze can probably just be changed to being flatly impossible to escape for the duration of his ability being active, the redundant one is probably getting replaced... but Inverse Dodge and Intercept are both just burning his attack action to redirect other attacks (dunno how to stat that more) and I think I should probably convert Fall Stop to a perk.
