Quick question as I write up an app. (Thinking Technocrats situated out of Titan)
If we select a region (mars, belt, earth etc.) Are we the only ones in that area, or can multiple players come from the same region?

edit: ah somehow missed the answer to the previous question!

Nation Name: The Titan Institute
History and Culture: The Titan Institute of Technology was originally founded with the goal to push humanity forward to a new frontier. Many of humanity's best minds were drawn to the Institute's call for the betterment of all humankind through science. All over Titan it was easy to see the mark they left. Infrastructure, power generation, even food cultivation all grew leaps and bounds.
When Mars broke free from Earth in it's war of independence, the people of Titan looked to the Institute for guidance and leadership, and so it was that a group of eminent scientists, engineers, and doctors formed the first Technocratic Council of Titan, taking over from the previous colonial dominion.
The current Dean Knavichev continues the Institutes's original dream of pushing humanity forward. It is said experiments with cybernetics and the human genome are prevalent. Now with a small, yet well-trained standing armed force, it seems clear that they he will be willing to defend his dream against anyone who might threaten to dismantle his goal for human kind.

Military: Mainly defensive with a emphasis of quality over quantity. Titan doctrine espouses empowering the individual with all the tools and training needed. They rely on the superior technology provided by the Institute to provide an advantage whenever possible.
Homeworld and Initial Bonus: Titan (Outer Colonies)

Manpower: 40
Industrialization: 70
Standing Forces and Defenses: 40
Stocked Supplies: 50

Nation Name: Datum Earth
History and Culture: "We shall make no dishonorable concession to these anarchist rebels! We shall not sign a treaty with these idiots, we shall demand what we are owed! I shall not suspend military operations until the colonials heel. They have called for war, have they not? Let us teach them the meaning of war!"

As rebel sentiment began to rise in the colonies, Earth was reaping the rewards of it's colonization. The Martian War of Aggression had ended in a resounding victory, and, although the homeworlders had to work hard, just as everyone else, they were grateful for all they received. Unlike the foolish colonials, they appreciated everything the union between subject and overlord had brought. The politicians began decadent, and weak. They never even suspected the possibility of a rebellion until it was banging on their gates. Unfortunately, they also misjudged the rise in loyalist sentiment on the home front...

"Cowards and traitors in our government refuse to bring them to heel! Instead, they talk of "peace for our time!" The fools would trade our prosperity, our sovereignty, for peace! These politicians shall have the peace of the grave!"

Across the Datum, the people rioted. They couldn't believe politicians would let the rebellion escalate like this. Even worse, these rats were willing to trade their nation's pride for "peace." Revolutionaries rose up across the globe, guided by the persuasive German firebrand Jonathan North, and, after short, brutal fighting, many large nations were overthrown, pledging fealty to North. Although parts of the globe remained "independent," everyone knew they would join eventually. Everyone knows that North's steel fist would reunite the Terran Empire. If not by pen, then by sword.

Military: The Datum Military consists of fanatical, bloodthirsty soldiers, and lots of them. Equipped with simple laser rifles and flak jackets, they overwhelm the enemy with numbers, supported by heavy artillery and a strong armor corps. Or, at least in theory. Right now, the Militarum consists almost entirely of "Whiteshields," barely trained conscripts and fanatical volunteers. Still...there's a lot of them.
Homeworld and Initial Bonus: Earth (Population)

Point Distribution:
Manpower: 100
The Datum is supported by a huge segment of the Earth's population, with swathes of fanatical volunteers to throw at the enemy. In fact, they have far more volunteers than weapons to equip them with.

Industrialization: 50
During the takeover, the supporters of the Datum managed to seize and preserve a decent amount of the industrial base. As North begins to consolidate his control over the new revolutionary nation, these factories are being converted to make war materials.

Standing Forces and Defenses: 25
Although the Whiteshields formed a giant, well-armed militia force to overthrow the cowardly world governments, they suffered horrendous casualties. Most of the survivors were dismissed, untrained militiaman with horrible weapons, leaving only a small, professional core while they rebuild.

Stocked Supplies: 25
The Datum militias who took power from the traitorous politicians were extremely poorly armed, and it shows. Even after the revolution ended, and they were consolidated into a smaller force, they still have almost no supplies stockpiled. Soon the factories will be up and running, though.

Nation Name: Sol Defense Forces - Ceres Pirates
History and Culture: During the end of the Martian wars discontent terrain soldiers and fleets rebelled thanks to both poor training, forced conscription and suicidal tactics.  Under the command of the charismatic Admiral Heztosk nearly half the terrain fleet abandoned the fight over a month.  Calling on outdated UN resolutions the Admiral declared the fleet to be the united navy of humanity, which meant raiding lunar bases for supplies before retreating to the mining bases on Ceres and 'liberating' them.

In the intervening years the fleet has provided protection for various interests in the system and interdiction of vessels violating various treaties.  This mostly involved veiled threats to demand support from bases and outright piracy.  Most places have had quite enough of these kinds of actions and now turn the fleets away.
Military: The military primarily relies on old, retrofitted ships and whatever ships have been seized in intervening years.  Ground combat troops are highly trained and specialize in boarding actions, preemptive sabotage and looting.  A large percentage of the population is brought up in military schools, accounting for a much higher manpower reserve then numbers would indicate.
Homeworld and Initial Bonus: Ceres (Industry)

Manpower: 50
Industrialization: 20
Standing Forces and Defenses: 100
Stocked Supplies: 30

Nope sorry Abstract this is about a war in the solar system. Plus your folks seem awfully overpowered...and some of the stuff you've written there seems...incoherent? You start with not much technological advantage over the other groups even though you might be outer system.
Anyway the farthest away you get from the Solar System is Triton, which is the Moon of Neptune. Further than that the ships drive won't go.
i'd suggest you rewrite that Sheet.

Kashyyk tech-level is around The Expanse/Starship Troopers.
Lasers are not in use because its still cheaper to produce bullets made out of plastic or metal. In the case of Playergamers Imperium of Man we can make an exception though :P
Ships still use STL-Travel, so voyages within the Solar System take weeks and months.
Genetic Engineering is known but hasn't developed so far as to have military uses (yet).
