It has been determined that Trump is an average unladen swallow travelling northbound at his maximum sustainable speed of -3 Obama-cubits per second in the middle of a class 3 hurricane.

Head to the ship. Make sure we have what we need before we set off.

Seeing the others stand up, Emily realized it was time to go.

Seeing as the notes have hopefully been healed by now (and committed to memory), Emily gets up and heads toward the ship bay/docks, walking next to the wall and out of sight of as many people as possible. Aside from the captain and others, that is.

Back on Aecheron, civilians (moreso families and relatives of important people, like her father) had been trained to stay out of public places and conglomerations of people susceptible to terror attack. The Slate were ruthless, and though her father could never quite crack their battle strategy it seemed to involve uncoordinated terror strikes by lone slates just as much as organized attacks and raids.

Dee keeps a very careful eye on the Roti's crew. Never trusted one of them, responsible for half the "occult" reanimation hoaxes in the goddamn galaxy.

Follow and observe the Roti crew, haphazardly repairing and testing minor systems. Cease and leave at the second sign of suspiscion. If necessary, utilise the beetle discreetly.

"Aye, I'm dying to actually do something, been sitting on me arse for far too long. So what meritocrat is this guy we're robbing working for?"

Follow employer to the ship, ask above as idle chitchat.

(The crew's Meritocraticon. The guy you're robbing is a Roti. Roti's aren't Meritocratic, but this one's made friends with a Meritocrat, hence his higher standing of Mine-Owner. He's pretty much just keeping the place running for the Meritocrat)

Follow employer to the ship, ask above as idle chitchat.

"Nah, like I said, he's friends with the higher ups. Rotis ain't Meritocratic. It's what half my reasonin is fer robbin 'im. Other half's reputation."

"Seems to me like a guy like you probably already has quite the reputation. You certainly know how to make a first impression. You don't happen to know who the higher up he's friends with is exactly? I've got some unfinished business with a certain meritocracy official."

Do this, instead. Power factions, all that.

Dee:[1!][6!] You were caught with a computer in your hands by a group of giants. They approach you menacingly, then proceed to push a broken tool into your gut, demanding you to fix it. They continue to loom over you.(Deploy beetle?)

Morion: As you practice the Black Pearl form, it begins to feel more natural.(+1 to Black Pearl rolls)

Nam Heer, Zormod: You begin to look over the ship(It has a quality of [5])

Emily: You wade through the crowd as a cunning child would, practically invisible.

'Smiles': "Eh, not really. Honestly, your type's a dime a dozen. Everyone's got an enemy, I only pay attention to those I'm interested in, and he ain't one for sure. How bout' you ask him?"

Wait, where'd the computer come from? The systems? Anyway, send the beetle to tell my crewmates to COME FIND ME. Get it to write a message in some suitable fluid, blood if necessary.

Ask the giants what they want to use the tool for. Hint that it might be done better and cheaply by a cyborg artisan.

Yeah, the systems. I just assumed it be a part of the systems, since it usually runs all of it. The beetle begins its flight, and [2] It will find a crew member, eventually.

"Nothins cheapah than free, right? You fix this for free, and you don't need to know what it for, just FIX it!"

Fix it, involvedly, using spare parts from the computer even if I don't need to. Make a great show of not stuffing anything from either up my sleeve. Repair, or at least box up the computer, and leave with it.

"Well, gents, seeing as you have such discreet and discrete requests, I suppose I could acquiesce just this once..."
