I'm pretty sure there exist horrible concepts. Usually if the character has the prefix "half" appear more than twice in their racial description, amongst various other warning signs.

Come to think of it, your plot isn't going particularly slowly either, the players are just taking a while to decide on administrative tasks. And considering that a game I'm co-GM'ing takes half a month to get everyone's turns, it isn't too slow either.

Blind, but can see the future (not necessarily accurately, their visions tend to be the most likely result rather than the absolute). Emphasis on see. No other senses are involved. Furthermore they need to target a specific location, so no suddenly knowing about important events unless they happen to affect the targeted area. So they evidently use it in the most logical way to possible - to peek on the changerooms. Because of they do. Sometimes mixes up people's appearances and genders, because what they see in where they think they'll be in five minutes might not actually be in the right location, or the vision might be inaccurate. Which would be less of a problem if they actually waited for the other person to talk first rather than making assumptions, but hey, at least it spices meetings up a bit.

Two key abilities. First, is that their powerset is based on the event haunts them. Second, they have the additional power to select one event and while the ability is active, they will be haunted by that event. Also, they haven't had any traumatic events in their life. So yeah, their powers literally revolve being able to cleave apart objects at the cost of being inexplicably haunted by the less-than-traumatic memory of that life last week they got a paper cut, or being able to soften objects at the cost of having really confusing PTSD-style flashbacks of really happy memories involving plush toys.

Imagine someone with all the powers of a trashy £3 romance novel set in the Edwardian England. Yes, really. Basically, by acting mysterious enough, they can build up so much mystery around themselves that they can twist reality to reveal hidden depths that no one knew they had. Including themselves. Because, no, they really didn't know how to operate a locomotive, but they sort of need to now. By acting Byronic, they can seem like enough of an antihero that they can negate all the logical consequences of their actions. For when they really want to slap someone, but also want the receiver to brush it off like they strangely didn't care it happened. By acting refined and elegant, they charge up chivalry, which, yeah it's basically a charm spell. Only it buffs the user to actually act more charming, because the magical equivalent of psychoactive compounds aren't particularly gentlemanly. Using any of these abilities drains charge from the associated quality.

First one would be Outlier. Because I've never used a character like that before.

Second would be.....eh. Snarkiness and tsundere attitude =/= PTSD.

Third one would probably be closer to Shinji-type. Rin-types are too nice to be mysterious or be a jerk.

It isn't actual PTSD. It's closer to just recurrent, annoying flashbacks that will probably make them grumpy

Guess it depends on whether they use the Byronism or Chivalry stat more.
Might post more horrible ideas soon. And yes that ambiguity as to whether "more" refers to quantity or lack of quality is intentional
