Description: A very large, magnificent, tortoise, with a glossy, patterned, ridged, domed shell, a layer of feathers on his fleshy bits, and behind his head, a crest of colorful feathers. His striking, iridescent appearance belies his placid nature.
How did you become part of the Omega Legion?: Was the pet of Jark, a true arse-pimple of a man, who'd ended up in Omega Legion for a life of petty crime and died five minutes into his first mission. Hom decided to stick around, as Omega Legion doesn't seem so bad with Jark in an unmarked grave.
Background: Hom has always been very peacable, more the type to go along to get along. Had he not been, he'd have killed his captors without a second thought and likely still be living in the wild, chewing leaves and pondering the nature of things. Indeed, that is how chromatic tortoises live their lives -- passing the time thinking, chewing, and raining occasional magic fury on their enemies.
Innate Aura Magic: Can exude magical, invisible, insensible auras that gently (or less-gently) affect the sensations and feelings of nearby beings. Naturally exudes a mild feeling of calm. With some effort, can induce similar, more potent feelings, like drowsiness, absentmindedness, or simply more calm. Other auras, like itchiness, urge to urinate, overpowering sadness, and intense feelings of impending doom require concentrated effort and the assent of the GM.
Wild Magic Sorcery: Instead of specializing in focusing magical energies in a specific direction, wild magic sorcery is a focus in directing raw chaotic power. Why specialize? Without specialization wild magic is completely unpredictable, but with specialization you can at least direct the general target and power of the magic use. Usually.
