((Ozarck obliquely asked me to explain stat optimization a bit, so GreenNope, read the below spoiler if you want to know more. If you just want to play, and don't care about optimizing for maximum power, just ignore me and fix your sheet using what Ozarck said.
Except for one thing: Ozarck forgot to mention specializations. Since you have +0 specialization skill, you get three specializations, each being some particular thing your char is
really good at. You could choose "specialization: fistfighting", which lets you fistfight better, or "specialization: ritual magic", which would let you cast ritual magic. You could even go with something like "specialization: excessively tough", so that you'd be near impossible to kill, due to that +2 constitution. You get three specializations, so you could get all three of those if you wanted. Just make sure to choose at least one type of magic, or else you won't be able to cast any sort of magic at all. Your options are in the "magics" spoiler in the OP.))
Firstly, Ozarck said that -2 in something makes you into a walking time bomb. That's not quite correct, but it is very dangerous. Basically, a -2 gives you an 83% chance to fail whenever you use that stat, and you'll usually fail disasterously. If you do fail, there's a 20% chance that you'll fail so horrendously bad it kills you in some contrived way, regardless of what you failed at doing--Have a -2 in memory, and critfailed while trying to remember where you lost your phone? You die from a brain aneurysm. -2 dexterity, and you tried to walk backwards without falling over? You fall and crush your head into a pancaek.
So, basically, -2 means you should never, ever use that stat. Charisma is a relatively okay stat to have -2 in, as long as you remember to stay completely silent when around NPCs. Weapon skills are also okay, as long as you remember to never ever use those particular sorts of weapons. Also, due to how leveling works, you'll basically be permanently banned from fixing that -2, because it's very costly to improve and not worth the short-term gain.
I'd recommend you not take -2 in anything unless you're absolutely certain you never ever want to use that particular stat or skill.
Now, leveling optimization. When you levelup, you get five points to put in stats, and five for skills. Ignore the fact that there's five seperate points, because they act like one unit. It takes an entire levelup to go from a -1 to a +0, or from a +0 to a +1. However, it takes two levelups--two missions--to go from a -2 to a -1, or a +1 to a +2. This means that, ideally, your inital stats should have only -1s, and no more than two stats with bonuses, and two skills with bonuses.
You should never start with three stats or three skills with bonuses because it makes your "level equivalent" lower. A guy who starts with with +1 str, +1 dex, +1 con tries to level up all those stats to +2, it'll take him six missions. But if he started with +2 con, +1 str, +0 dex, it would take him only five, and he'd be more likely to succeed because a +2 and a +0 are generally more useful than a +1 and a +1.
If you're highly unsure about what type of character you want to play, I suggest you give two stats and two skills bonuses of +1, and two stats and two skills penalties of -1. That means you'll be able to completely reverse your playstyle fairly easily, with no real loss of efficiency. If you're fairly certain what role you want to occupy, give one stat and skill +1, one +2, four stats -1s, one or two weapon skill(s) -2, (and two skills -1 if you only gave one weapon skill a -2 penalty).
You can increase the skills to +2/+2, with seven negative levels preferably distributed among the weapon skills, but doing so is very risky and I recommend doing it only if you're 100% certain of what you're doing.
