Considering Periw has the help of her Limb enhancers, it's surprising she is able to lift it, "Interesting. It appears to be some kind of compact grappling arm. It uses chains, primitive but effective. Where does it store the massive chains?" Periw is attempting to run scans of it via her frequency scanner and her arms own scanner.
