((I assumed it was anouther Federation energy saber hilt, which is why i figured it would yield a tazer in the first place, due to a wet fish being attached rather than an unpowered lazer frame.))

((The hilt looks like a standard sword handle, though it sparkles every once in a while. And The Malfunctioning Taser is used to change a weapon into another weapon. which is what will happen when you turn the Fish Statue into an Electrofish Sword.))

Periw doesn't answer Fisnib as she is busy repairing a piece of junk water recycler. The Large Green Robonoid has taken it's spot in the corner.
