Idou's Strategize makes him learn that the beast's phazon body is preventing everyone from fatally wounding it. He also notes how the beast keeps looking back to the Crystal's growing from Ian's body. Only he knows this so far.

Battle Theme: Phazon Beast

Phazon beast takes aim at Big Daddy and fires a large crystal missile at him [100] detonating directly on him for 12 damage and hitting everyone else for 10 damage! Phazon Crystals are beginning to grow everywhere in the room. Alan is in critical condition. Everyone has been poisoned with Phazon!

Idou strikes an Inspiring pose, everyone's stats increase by 1 until end of Combat!

Anna uses her aura charge! Her next attack will do +3 damage

ENG Rips his chainblade in an attempt to draw the creatures attention [1] But it seems ineffectual. He does disperse Nanites to heal everyone. Healing them for 12 HP this turn!

Alan channels his rage and fires a large fireball at the Phazon Beast! He deals 2 damage to it. So much for his rage.

Mint Gale uses Breeze Shield on Ian! his body is protected.

Mio hits the Phazon beast with a Magically charged Piercing Strike, dealing a whooping 12 damage! She managed to bypass it's armor somehow!

Dackly waits for an opportune time to hit the beast with a petrify!

Garnt goes in for a Two hit combo! He hits once for 2 damage! The beast deals 1 damage back to him. Garnt didn't do enough damage to leech health from it.

Ian is dead. Odd, he still got a turn.

Deathspell summons two wisps! He loses 22 HP. The wisps immediatly set about trying to charm the injured beast, to no avail.

Chryssa retailiates against the Phazon Beast, dealing 10 damage to it! the beast pulses out and deals 5 damage to Chryssa.

Combat End

The beast stumbles towards Ian, It's form starting to boil and melt. As the creature was unstable still, it's life begins to end. It reaches out towards Ian, the phazon crystals growing from his stomach begin to glow blue. The creatures becomes incorpreal, the armor it had possessed dropping to the ground with a sickening clatter. The creatures passes straight through Ian, cleansing his body of the phazon, his wound being quickly repaired by the earlier dispersed nanites. With a shudder, he slowly regains conciousness.

Meanwhile, Periw's gem begins to glow as she returns to her hard-light form, her limb enhancers equiped.

Chryssa looks to Ian, then glomps him.
"OH THANK THE HEAVENS, YOU'RE ALIVE!"

"What even happened while I was regenerating?!" Periw looks around at the Phazon Crystals and Ian laying on the ground.

"Well, if I always get a cute girl hugging me for coming back from the dead, I'll need to keep up the habit... Ah shit, that hole is gonna scar something awful."
