Garnt is... well, surprised would be a word you could use. This seemed exceedingly impractical, needing to do whatever it is that child just did to be ready for battle. He decides to voice his thoughts.
"That seems... very impractical."

"I would normally not need to execute this in my own world, as whenever I would need to fight, I would simply transform instantaneously. However, as we're not in the right conditions, this is a failsafe."

"Why don't you stay cool looking all the time then?"

She says to the flower lady innocently.
