About a dozen gold miners are breaking down the window to the Party's room. Judging by the sounds of screaming and fighting coming from other compartments in the train, it sounds like they are not the only ones being targeted in what appears to be a full-blown train robbery. There are even entire swarms of miners beyond the ones that are already at the window, numbering in the dozens, possibly in the hundreds.
Volx casts the Swiftness on the Wind of the Donchaka, allowing them to have an additional action.
The Donchaka uses this blessed swiftness to combine their Hold-Tight-Hoedown and Lament of Defense, sticking together and running to breaking window to form a line of defense, raising their shields which are hammered by stray blows from pick-axes and shovels. While the Donchaka stand their ground, the sheer number of miners make it impossible to repel; as they break the last pieces of glass from the window they begin crawling into the car, even vaulting over on top of the Donchaka.
Kyle casts a fierce gale that blows several of the miners out of the window, sending them tumbling outside onto the ground. This repels them for a second, but they are quickly replaced; for each one blown away another two take their place.
Sandra fumbles at her belt for something. Whatever it is, she presumably gets it.
Anna draws the Vindicator and has it at the ready, but does not use it.
Priscilla reaches into the bottom of her pants and draws a small handgun.
Lynch stands in place with his fists raised.
Aesford waves his sonic blade at the miners, about eight or so who are in the spacious train cabin while the Party has backed up towards the door. The football player speaks to his team, "They've just got mining equipment, they ain't a threat!" After Aesford states this, one of the miners from outside the train fires a shotgun directly at Aesford which sends him flying backwards, crashing through the door and into the main corridor of the train.
