-Level 1 Steady goes it: Anyone touching Gozer or one of his statues has an additional chance to resist the effects of a physical status effect for one turn. (Stun, Bleed, Ect.) This does not purge the effect, it also does not grant resistance to the effect being applied, only a resistance to the effect of the status itself.
-Level 3 Rough Rider: By spending a
Statue Point, Gozer grants a target an additional 25% damage reduction against all elemental attacks, Stacking, for their next 3 Hits by giving them protective stone plates made from the statue.
-Level 1 Gravity: Gozer uses the power of Gravity to weigh down foes, Stunning 1d2 enemies if they do not beat Gozer in Syn v Str
-Level 1 Craft Gear Altar: Using an unknown power, Gozer transforms a statue into an altar, Spending a
Statue Point in the process, into this altar, two pieces of equipment can be sacrificed, fusing them into a third, influenced by the statue used to make the altar. Altars are reusable. The formulae is based on the statue used as well. Weapons being fused will usually result in weapons, Armor will usually result in armor, Baubles can result in any other type of gear, and crosses can result in almost anything as well.
Based on
http://kidicarus.wikia.com/wiki/Fuse_WeaponsExamples would be making an altar from a Demon Statue, and fusing a Sword weapon and a Club Weapon, resulting in a Demonic themed weapon that may or may not be related to the two weapons put in it. So Fish Club + Phazon cannon might result in Phazon Club, Stone Fish Cannon, or some completely esoteric weapon only loosely related, depending on how good the basic unaltered roll was. If it were a statue of a vertex, it might have vertex or hunter like qualities in the finished product, based entirely on the GM's decicion related to the Roll, the two items, and the altar.

-Level 1 Animate Stone: Given enough time, Gozer can connect stone objects in such a way that they move in particular ways, such as joints and rotation, using the sparks that emit from his Eternal Fire. this includes simple motors, pistons and servos, an object can only have an amount of Sparks equal to half of Gozer's Syn, and it is too prohibitively slow to use outside of a Geomancy lab. approximately 1 hour for one simple operation in a Geomancy lab as dictated by the GM, They have a low upper threshold for power.
This is used primarily for crafting complex stone items, such as saws, clamps, drills and other small to medium sized objects, it is basically the magitec version of normal motors, and only works on stone objects. Mostly it would be used for making tools or weapons, an example would be taking 4 stone swords, attaching them together, and then attaching those via Animate Stone to a stone pole to make a sawblade weapon during a crafting stint, which is why it does not work outside of a specialized lab, to prevent shenanigans. Right now, the largest thing Gozer could make is a small motorbike since he can only make 2 magic motors, and it would take a very very long time, since the two magic motors would each not be simple, requiring hours of time.
>NON-COMBAT ONLY<
-Level 1 Mimicery: Gozer can imitate a Non-boss ability or skill from any statue he has in his body, though this takes phenomenal focus and time. Requires 3 hours to mimic one ability.
An example would be if Gozer obtained the Statue of a Magikoopa, he would be able to replicate one instance of magikoopa magic if he passed a basic chance roll and spent three hours in intense focus to do so, this is only for crafting with enemy skills, or using a specific ability once over 3 hours, which sounds reasonable to me. It is essentially a controlled version of his normal mimic ability, which takes a random skill from the last statue obtained.
