I'm going to assume that, since, I'm attacking him, I'm attacking him in his mansion.

The one with hounds, pit traps, secret rooms for him to hide in, robo-Richard Simmons, 20ft tall electrified fences, his own personal paramilitary force... wait. Why does this sound more like attacking a dwarf fortress than attacking a rich dudes home?!

I lose to Burns, who is secretly a one-person nation apparently. Um... wow. I expected this to be easy, and found myself hilariously outmatched.

Enron, notably a major energy company, might have been able to utilize the Pikachu, but the company is bankrupt.
