It seems that a skill in non-lethal non strength combat compensates for a lack of skill in lethal, non-stop combat, making you no match for yours truly. You are reduced to bone meal faster than a troll's skull in Skyrim.

Wilhelm didn't fire Bismark, literally no-one else was as good at his job as him. The German empire continues to thrive long into the twenty - first century, and is remembered as the only nation in Europe still ruled mpby a monarch with actual power. It eventually gets destroyed in a war with the democratic republic of Russia.

Since I have no clue how they'd fight, I'd instead pit them in a digging contest, since they both specialize in it.
Parin has a massive edge in equipment over the dwarf, so it's an easy win for her.
