You get a cookie. You can grant it to someone to give them a [5] level blessing. Or eat it.

Now then, Light, good, and peace huh? Thats vague and annoyingly broad. Hmm.  Alright Dut, you gain the power to manipulate light. You can't make anything solid out of it or anything, but you can do other stuff.

Devastator raises his hands above his head and screams something entirely unintelligible. In a burst of light and with an eagle screech, a mechanical bird flies out of his chest and dives down towards Dut.  Dut attempts to respond by going all predator on  him, but instead does nothing more then summon a massive flash of light.

Devastator covers his eyes in time, and the eagle is stunned and a bit confused, but Dut is completely blinded.
