I was going to make it so that a good half of Australia is recovering from a violent civil war that managed to severely  increase the drain on critical economic resources. That and the already hostile environment made it a very chaotic place to live. I was thinking of spliting Australia into three factions, but I never got that far. Infact, one mission I was planning for you guys had to do with taking over all of Australia, either though power play or pure force of arms.
