The rulebook suggests that initial purchases can be made without worrying about availability, subject to DM approval on very rare items.

You're using the nord traits instead of dunmer for starters. While on that topic, you're missing the traits from your stone. And finally, you didn't list the -25 from an extra trained weapon/shield. Finally, not anything anything wrong with it but you didn't name your style.
