This so enrages the mathemagician he intentionally changes all her prescriptions to overdose levels.
She dies soon after.

Well from the information given from ten seconds of Google Kumori is some kind of wizard necromancer. So her victory seems obvious. However, it is important to question how much a necromancer would be able to do to plastic, I'd say not much given that it isn't even dead or alive. Then due to Kumori's seemingly constant waking up from some crazy inception style dream, and also dying a lot, the strange constant presence of some weird clown head thing in all of her dreams causes even more paranoia and crazy dreams. Then since the clown thingy is simply a part of the dreams, Kumori can't defeat it, as it was never even there in the first place, it was all just her imagination. Also meaning, that the only way one could get rid of it, since it is in her, would be either some kind of crazy will it out of existence which she probably wouldn't be capable of, or getting rid of herself. Meaning they both lose, but Kumori probably loses more considering that my avatar didn't even exist in the first place so no longer existing isn't even a problem.

Or maybe in a more literal fight she could just pick it up and tear it in half or something, but I think my story's more fun.
