(( yeah, meta gaming would be no fun if we deal with mind control  :P ))

"So everyone in the country who have a TV knows we're here already. Groovy." Anima adjusted her eyepatch, resisting the urge to hiss when the cameras flashed. Then she got an idea. "Eating meat is murder! Humans can live without meat! Fight animal cruelty!" she shouted at the top of her lungs as she went through the crowd.

Anima attempts to link her mind with the closest bird, then ask it to help out with looking for any suspicious people looking at the edge of the crowd, or even snipers.

John, in response to Anima's outburst, turns to the nearest camera crew.

"Hey kids, be sure to eat both your vegetables and meat. A balanced meal is the key to being healthy. Peace."

Smile to the cameras and say above, throw a peace sign at the end.

(heh, gun juggler?  That sounds familiar.  I think I may have seen that same kind of villain somewhere)

"Let's not waste any time."
Scout out the area.  Look for any cronies who might be working with our target.  Growl intimidatingly at any people who stare at me.

6 - You growl at the News people and they back away and start to disperse, this allows you to notice the gunner on the left side and move to protect your squishy friends, however you aren't very discreet about it.

Ignore the news people and walk through them, all while keeping an eye out for suspicious looking people.

(For your power I'm doing something that was done in Roll to Magic, If you roll a 1 I re-roll and use the new role, also you can choose the roll of an action an amount of times per mission equal to your mental stat, this can effect anyone)

1->5 - You ignore the news people as you walk out of the airport, they seem to disperse when they can't get a good story.  While they are dispersing you happen to notice the glint of a gun a good deal away, the muzzle aimed at your group.  You discreetly warn your team and Jack, Magma Man, and John Harsworth move on the side of the gunner putting some protection between the gunner and the squishy people on the team.

6+2=8 - You link minds with 5 Red-bellied Macaws and have them fly around above the crowd, you happen to spot the sniper, you have your birds hover over him, allowing others to see where he is, but alerting the Sniper to the unusual bird behavior

try to get the news people to leave
If they don't leave start shrinking cameras

1-1=0 - You attempts to get the news people to leave actually get them to come to you and surround you, except on the left side since there is a rope path blocking them, so you start shrinking cameras. 4+2=6 You shrink a couple of cameras to half size but that makes the news people back off a bit and focus on the shrunken cameras, this gives you a chance to get to the safety of the group

try to get the news people to leave
If they don't leave start shrinking cameras

"What they're doing is perfectly legal and we have no right to damage property. Just calm down and let them do their thing."
Smile and wave to the camera for a bit as we leave the airport.

irrelevant - You wave to the cameras until Reika motions for you to join up with the group on the left side. 3 You aren't too discret about it but you are discreet enough that they would have to be really looking to notice it.

John, in response to Anima's outburst, turns to the nearest camera crew.

"Hey kids, be sure to eat both your vegetables and meat. A balanced meal is the key to being healthy. Peace."

Smile to the cameras and say above, throw a peace sign at the end.

irrelevant - You say your shtick and then Reika motions for you to join the group on the left side. 2+1 You do so but like Jack it isn't so discreet, if they were watching you they would have noticed

Villain Action

Quote
Lets have a few minions take potshots at them first.

5 - The sniper takes aim at "Magma Man," since he looks like the most obvious threat, and 3(For Reika's luck) and it's a solid hit but not in any fatal area's and 5+1=6 He is able to shrug it off, he stumbles a bit but isn't out of the fight, the bullet is already liquidating out of the wound, and the wound closing up.

5 - People didn't notice the gun shot as the mook was using a silencer and Magma Man didn't go down, so the crowd is still calmly evaporating leaving a semi open path to the Sniper who has 2 Not started packing up and leaving, but he seemed to speak into a walkie talkie and then line up another shot.

(Megggas, is "Magma Man" like the Thing or is he more like a human with human anatomy and weaknesses)

Giving waitlisted people the ability to murder non-responsive players was a great idea. Need to do that more often.

((Yes, you were watching the position and saw Magma Man get hit plus Reika and Anima told you of the Sniper, but there is no panicked crowd to worry about, yet))

(Eye beams are so convenient. It's really rather difficult to miss with them.)

Fire my lasers eyes at the sniper.

"Grr...looks like we have a pest.  I'll take care of him."
Dash toward the sniper.  While running, remove the glove on my right hand, grab a medium sized rock with my right hand, and after giving the rock a few seconds to heat up, throw the rock at the sniper.  Whether I am able to throw a hot rock or not, attempt to get close enough to the sniper to grab his neck with my right hand.

(Magma Man is more of a "darker and edgier" 90s superhero, so don't expect him to be merciful)

(Assuming that the sniper is smart and is on a ledge)

"What the- guys! Don't kill him, he could give us information about his employer!"

Despite being definitely one of the 'squishy' part of the team on virtue of being nearly completely human, Anima also ran after the sniper. Partly to tackle him and partly to save his stupid ass.

"Professional teammates they say, superheroes they say...." she grumbled.

"Lots of people around. If he misses someone could die. Damn it, I can't get a shot off anyway with everyone running at him."

Cancel previous action. Take cover.

Would it be possible to say that Anima has some non-lethal weapon on her? I mean, she would ask for one.

"I really should have brought a weapon!"

Dash into cover. Look around if I don't see any guns for the takingTake out the M1911 and combat knife I had with me the entire time, honest. Peek out of cover to see if there's any other hostiles.
