Quickly find some cover away from prying eyes and attempt to hit the snipers head with my rifle.
Initiative:
1->3+1=4(This determines who goes first and the order actions happen, roll+dex modifier)
2 - You hide behind an innocent bystander and try to shoot the Sniper with your rifle,
6+1=7, you hit but the person you are using as a brace screams and sends the crowd into a panic. (Everyone gets -1 to everything when in the crowd)

Dash toward the sniper. While running, remove the glove on my right hand, grab a medium sized rock with my right hand, and after giving the rock a few seconds to heat up, throw the rock at the sniper. Whether I am able to throw a hot rock or not, attempt to get close enough to the sniper to grab his neck with my right hand.
(Magma Man is more of a "darker and edgier" 90s superhero, so don't expect him to be merciful)

5+2=72+2=4 - You dash at the sniper but the fact that you were hit by a bullet seemed to slow you down a bit, you are able to, take off your right hand glove, pick up a rock and throw it but,
6+2=8 you throw it a wee bit to far as the hot rock lands behind the sniper, luckily the building was made up of stone and not wood.

Initiative:
35+1-1=5 - You are able to take cover and completely hide yourself among the panicking crowd, however you are still hit and probably need to take care of that.
"I really should have brought a weapon!"
Dash into cover. Look around if I don't see any guns for the taking

4+1=53 - It's weird when you try to hide yourself among the crowd someone moves so the cover isn't perfect, no security guards or guns in sight though

3 1-1=0 - You try to shoot the sniper but with the panicking crowd you miss, and hit Rer Zeu who,
1+1 promptly gets knocked out and falls to the ground.

56 - The sniper levels his rifle at Jack, takes aim and fires, it's a hit but he forgot to brace for the recoil so he goes flying back and hits his head,
1 getting knocked out in the process. The hit on Jack
4 hit him in the arm and Jack,
4+2 was able to shrug off the pain but won't be doing anything with that arm for a little bit.
