I vote for Reika to be team manager.  She's the most experienced member, has the most charisma, and her character is a lieutenant.  I also think our team name should relate to her as well.  The background of our team could be that she set up the team and got all of us to join.

Hmmm...Reika's ability sounds like it should allow her to do any single action involving luck with a guaranteed 5, but to balance it out, afterward her ability would be disabled for [1d6] turns before she could activate it again.  Don't know if that would be OP though.

Potential team names could be Lady Luck's Soldiers (military/luck theme), Lady Luck's Lifesavers (heroic/alliteration), or Fortune Force (sounds like a sentai team name).

Fortune Force, one of the 5 superhero teams formed by B.U.L.W.A.R.K. after the emergence of powers.  Your job is to protect the normal people of the world from the people who have powers and wish to control the world.  Normally you just patrol around your base, always on guard for threats to the public but sometimes you are selected by B.U.L.W.A.R.K. for a special mission, this is one of those times. 

Reika Tamaki, the person in charge of managing the money and needs of the team meats with a B.U.L.W.A.R.K agent that flew in just 5 minutes ago.  He hands you a drossier on a man named  "The Gun Juggler."  Reika flips through the drossier a bit but the information on this man is rather light, no pictures, not even a description.  The only info you have on this man except his name is "A Mercenary Drug lord who was affected by an ancient alien relic that gave him the ability to create Fully loaded guns from mid air, and an awareness of his surroundings that allows his to fire hundreds of guns at once as he tosses them in the air, shooting their triggers and magazines to reload them, and can even Hit targets from hundreds of meters away behind cover as he shoots bullets of different speeds and calibers to Ricochet them in multiple directions." and that he has a house somewhere in Colombia and is slowly taking control of the countries Cartels, probably because he doesn't have to pay for guns.

After Reika had finished looking over the information light drossier the B.U.L.W.A.R.K. agent spoke, "I'm sorry we can't give you any more information but none of our sources have been able to get close to him.  That is one of the reason's we are sending you in, the other being that if he takes control of the Cartels then he will control the country and that will be 'unfortunate' for negotiations.  However, B.U.L.W.A.R.K. requests you capture him alive and bring him back.  The holding cells in your base should be enough to contain him till we can arrive and transport him to somewhere more permanent.  You are to depart immediately on the jet I came in on, it has been specially built to with stand high temperatures and is now your team's.  I trust you will succeed."

Reika gathered her team and went and boarded the jet.  The pilot was a cheery guy who offered to teach you how to fly it at a later point, but for now everyone headed to the briefing room where Reika explained their mission.  Some time later the Jet landed at the airport of the town, which B.U.L.W.A.R.K thought the Gun Juggler lived close to, however your arrival did not go unnoticed as news people swarmed you right when stepping off.  Your team found it hard to make its way through the crowd but eventually did.

You still have no idea who this "Gun Juggler" is or where he's located but based on the amount of news people that greeted you he probably knows your here.

(heh, gun juggler?  That sounds familiar.  I think I may have seen that same kind of villain somewhere)

(meta gaming?  How?  Like if our characters separate and one person discovers a trap, then if that character doesn't warn anyone, we can't have our characters avoid that same trap?  Stuff like that?)
