I'm not sure giants should start in the reefs. Reefs are kinda delicate and have a tenancy to be sharp.

Giving waitlisted people the ability to murder non-responsive players was a great idea. Need to do that more often.

I could split turns with someone, possibly, if they wanted to do every other turn.

I would be willing to give it a shot, but I'm not sure I would trust myself not to procrastinate in making turns. I can say for certain though that we would have no shortage of miscellaneous creatures to populate the setting and cause problems for interact with the players.
