'Kay, checking out the characters we have thus far... This is for backstories and Skills, not paying attention to stats for now. That'll happen when/if the character is accepted.
Kosko seems fine. The final PS seems a bit iffy but depending on the state of the game at the time it should be fine.
THE BACKSTORY, SO MUCH. Not sure about the final skill, I'll have to check out crusaders again, but once again it's late-game so there's plenty of time. I'm a bit on the fence about allowing something that's just "Heal 5 more", but since it's based around items rather than staves I'll choose to allow it. 'Sides, you guys will need the healing anyway.

A miracle panacea medicine is a bit ridiculous. Please tone that bit down to just "Highly efficient creation method" or some such. Basically, the parents developed medicine that was just as effective as the competitor's but extremely cheap to produce, and thus the parents were intending on giving it away for free since they didn't need its revenue for surviving.
Payment for what deed?
Can you think of a reason why she'd be sent all the way to Nostor?
I mean, I know I can, so I'll give you a possible one.
-> Parents discover a new method of preparing potions easily and cheaply. (Like what I said above). They aren't more well known than other alchemists at that point.
-> Announce plan of "revolutionizing the world with their new discovery."
-> Competitors are worried about what they might be capable of. Murder parents, kidnap Diana, and burn down the laboratory making it look like everything was an accident. They steal something thinking it's a "Special miracle potion" the parents discover but find out it's just a normal one (the special equipment for producing things efficiently was burnt down.)
-> Ship off Diana, realizing that since the parent's death was well publicized given their recent grand announcement and supposed "tragic death" if a girl showed up looking identical to their daughter, claiming to be their daughter, people would find out it wasn't an accident. They don't have the heart to just bury her out in the desert or something, (sure, they just murdered her parents but who'd kill a child?.)
I mean, it's a bit cliche-ish, but it gets the job done.
Talk about Speed Abuse, sheesh. Oh ailment staff, oh ailment staff, where art thou ailment staff?
It all looks fine, though I think Cancel was made Cost? It might have been Disarm, I can't remember.
Be forewarned, if we end up with too many people, as things stand it's most likely your character's the one not getting accepted.
Name might be better off as just "Fang". Also, who'd call their kid "Of the Wilds"? :v
Make it a mercenary title or something. Extend thine backstory! How'd he get that name? Maybe he fights like a savage beast? Ask Gigla for help if necessary, or me, though I'm not a particularly good writer.
Like Diana, the fault should be "Half or less" since "Not moving" is very unlikely to trigger. Aside from that, everything's fine. The backstory's a bit short like Blue's but it's made up for by the awesome mugshot and power and potential of "Witch Doctor" as a character.
Try and make it a bit longer, though. Maybe he periodically burnt incense by his hut "To be keepin' tha bad mojo away, mon." or whatever. (I keep thinking of the Troll accent from Warcraft.)
Backstory's fine, skills are fine. You could try and add a bit more spice to it by saying that he was still tracking down the bandit group that killed his parents, but ran out of money and so took the mercenary job if you wanted to.
Simple but effective backstory. Not too sure about the first PS but the PF is negative enough to make up for it so it's allowed.
Can't remember which class Center was banned for, pretty sure it wasn't yours but I'll have to check when I get home. Backstory is fine, skills are fine though do note you can the PS trigger on half or less rather than none if you desire.
