My current priorities are

1) Holding 4/4 plains to keep our oil
2) Be sure that we can hold Taiga if we lose Jungle
3) Advance in desert
4) Hold jungles
5) Win mountains

I am not a fan of gambling everything on holding jungles.

PS. Spy part of game is unfun for me... and not because they got more spies.

PPS. I'd prefer reverse-engineer phase instead of spies. Real world armed forces do this all the time. It is a very important part of any arms race.

Why dont we go for a boat to help in the jungle, harass their capital and hopefully carry some more ressources so we can get Ore AND il from the plains?

I believe that it is spreading our efforts too thin... But logistics effect can be interesting

The more I think of it, the best idea it seems.

We would only be able to get resources from the jungle with it, which we cant do until we own it. As for fucking with their capital, we cant do that by sea until we take the jungle.

I was going to say that if we got the research credits than we could design one next year, but, well, they are expense credits. Which if we get both, I propose spending on one ore and one oil.

Cost credits work on designs, not resources.

Logistics are important but we  have worse armored vehicles, worse small arms and worse airforce. We are slightly better in artillery thanks to 20mm auto, mortar and numbers and that's all.

If we go for radio\navy\some other fancy project we will lag behind even more and risk collapse of our front. Small arms\Tanks\Aircrafts\artillery is what we need. Landmines go against this formula because they are weapon of desperation.  I see no other semi-reliable way to hold plains and jungles.

My last hope is landmines and our aircraft, if we will fix it we may be ahead in airforce thanks to great firepower and renew our attack in plains.

I think a revision can make our aircraft good enough to hold the airgame.

A boat would let us carry stuff from the plains, and we can raid their capital from the plains as well.

Do the plains have a bay? The GM has been inconsistent on it.

Wait, where do you get worse smallarms from? We have the same Shotguns and SMGs, a longrifle on par with theirs, and a carbine. They have a better GMG, but thats offset slightly by the fact that we are not advancing toomuch, and have that autocannon.

-3x ninja edit-

Yah, we need to fix our fighter. As for a bay in the plains, well, Sensei hasent changed the OP to say there is, or the listing of general features of the continent.

On a side note, how's this for plane revision.

Spoiler: AS-A19C (click to show/hide)

Even number 1 and 2 should give us an advantage. A triplane has tighter turning radiuses than their biplanes. And our armament will remain dominant for some time, as I'm quite certain their stalion is too big and heavy to employ, and the recoil can be dangerous to them.

Clarification - slightly better small arms thanks to Burnby.
As I said I will vote for new light 7.62mm machinegun.

I'd mention that we are ready to raise cost to 2 oil and 2ore. Other than that it is a fine revision.
