By trains, do you mean tanks?
By trains I mean trains. When we revised the steam engine, we also put a bunch of armour plating and 1910s on our trains should they ever be attacked.

Glory to Arstotzka.

Interesting. Ah, I say that unless we can do that when upgrading the engines themselves again we stick with the 7.62, otherwise the revision is sorta a waste.

If there is already a mount, surely we could swap the gun without an action?

I myself am only saying we should put the autocannons on if we can do it without putting it through a Revision phase, similar to how we didn't need to put all cartridge sizes to Revision to get them AP, or how upgrading our Artillery A with hydropneumatic suspension upgrading our tank cannons too.

If there is already a mount, surely we could swap the gun without an action?
I'm hoping it's basically this.

I am leaning toward designing a bomber next turn and use gathered experience to fix our fighter-strafer somewhat... How about four engined national effort?

If we're building a four-engined National Effort, we better be damn sure we rule the skies when we do.

Nah, we need radio too much for that.

Maybe we should give our truck design to whoever's in charge of civilian transportation? The design would certainly help fuel our economy.

We're already doing that, that's why we get one extra ressources out of the plains.

Actually, I think those trucks are in control of the military and the resources we get entirely belong to the military.

I dunno.

Inspired to what UR did, heres the list of what I think we need.
-Radio.
-Armored scout car with 20mm cannon and enough armor not to die in one 30cal hit
-20mm sniper/AT rifle
-Spotter aircraft(with radio)
-Grenades and/or rifle grenades
-Armored boats to rule the swamp.

And revisions.
-Fix the fighter
-Truck mounted AAA
-Special rounds for arty
-Uniform
-Upgrade the train

This...this seems really, really obvious in hindsight but if we were to develop a sniper rifle, we could probably get our own Ace, our own Simo Häyhä.
