Or radio? I don't like the way they're going ahead of us techwise. We seems to me mostly holding up thanks to lots of ressources.

Your engineers set to work correcting the AS-A18's disappointing/haunted performance.

AS-A18 B: Your engineers struggle with the idea of a working gun which fires through the propeller hub, and ultimately decide that it's too much to accomplish without a massive redesign. After some debate about turning the plane around to use a pusher prop, engineers settle for a pair of AS-A18's on the wings

So we have a plane that carry two planes on its wings?  :P

First of all, getting a mountain howitzer might not be possible
The world knew many mountain howitzers and it was a common weapon of WW1 era. But I am starting to suspect that those mountains are very very steep, considering that there are no bikes or 20mm autocannons. New 7.62 machineguns looks like the best solution in this case.
Yeah, it just seems like we can't field heavy artillery in the Mountains in this game. The reason we can't field bikes is because they literally break apart after hitting a rock, not because they couldn't otherwise be used in the Mountains.

If they're building a biplane and it's better than ours, it may be necessary to do a complete redesign of our plain. Heck, we were even told a major redesign would be necessary if we want the MC18 to shoot through the propeller.

Glory to Arstotzka.

I think a radio would be needed badly.

if your petition in the OOC thread is successful, andres, what do you suggest to revise? I think we might want to improve the plane so it is stable, if possible. we must counteract their aviation.

Why not finally fix the uniform so we have proper camouflage?

it would reduce our GLORY!

although it may be a great advantage in jungle and muntain.

I would say sink it into the aircraft again, and actually fix it for once. The two autocannons are fine.

Unless... What would it be to put a pair of autocannons in a mount that can shoot down aircraft...

What about improved shells? Frag, HEAT, gas...

While better camouflage would certainly be good, it would be disastrous if Moskurg managed to beat us in the air. We need to be able to at least keep up with them in that respect. Our trains are armed and armoured which should give us some time to catch up but we need to use that time to make better aircraft.

If possible to do without Design or Revision, replace the 1910s on our trains with AC18s.

Glory to Arstotzka.

So far my preferred choices

-2 man crew light tank armed with the 20mm with a focus on all-terrain mobility. Mostly for jungles but if we will be able to bring it to mountains it will be epic.
-radio
-bomber aircraft
-new fighter aircraft
-new 7.62 machinegun
-huge railway gun
-depending on how good their aircraft is - AA gun that can act as AT

and for revision

-Fix the motorcycle
-Improve the current aircraft
-Make a heavy armored car based on the truck
-revise diesel trains for more resources\logistics\get diesel for future tanks

I'll like any of those.

BTW I am rather sad they added 20mms but removed the central machinegun... 3 gun setup would be cool.

I am sure this aircraft is good enough but getting even better one is a step toward winning the skies.

Why not put a bunch of AC-18 on the truck to have some mobile AA capabilities?

We didn't roll high enough for our trucks to have MG or AC mounts.

For what gun? We cant really do it for the autocannon, and 7.62 heat would be silly, along with 7.62 gas. Any gas would require gasmasks, and all sorts of work on that front... I can see having frag and smoke for the mortar...

-ninja edit-

By trains, do you mean tanks?

-3x ninja edit-

Sensei did say that was only due to lack of time, and doing so would be easy...

Yeah, for the autocannon, the 80mm gun etc etc.

As for the gun mount, even if we don't have a revision to spend on it, I guess it'd be easy enough to just rig something.
