So, how common is magic in this universe? I feel like stuff was explained, but I can't see anything about it in the OP.

Magic is uncommon. Most people don't know about it, and the government actively keeps it covered up.

With Kj's help, I made a new character that I will actually be using and actually made spells for! She also has a move dedicated to ham.

Juke (Level 1)- Kiki gets in close attempting to trick the enemy into attacking her, only for her to dodge and counter attack.

Thundering Punches (Level 2)- Kiki boxes the opponet in a combo move.

a) I think the perk could be stronger, since it only relies on her own health, rather than everyones health, like Skyflame. One point of strength every 5 health, perhaps?

b) please specify what the counter-attack effect does, in detail. I don't believe it is on the list.

c) I am not sure if flight should be handled with a spell dedicated to it, since so many characters, both enemies and players will have access to it. Perhaps just give her dodge bonuses?

d)Fowl play has 9 points worth of effects, though a level 3 spell can at maximum have 7 positive effects, 4 for free, and up to 3 from drawbacks.

e)None of your spells have affinities attached to them. Intentionaly?
