Did anyone else notice their new jaws (particularly the upper portion) look like the classic smileyface if you focus on the grey bits?

But the chryssalids in EU/EW were already highly fragile. They had 8 health.
Thats enough to require multiple shots to put down with your average rifle.
Two good ballistic rifle hits. A good ballistic sniper, shotgun or lmg crit can already kill them in one. If they're even more fragile they'll go down easy.

Free attack from invisibility, and every attack is poisonous.  If they do this in single player too, battle-scanner type equipment or skills will be a wise investment.

Long shot, but I'm hoping for a mission where the aliens let loose a bunch of chrysallids on civilians and blame it on XCOM.  ADVENT soldiers come in to kill the chrysallids, but XCOM manages to arrive as well to clear their name.  Cue 3-way battle with very confused civilians in the midst.

They need something to make the world outside of the cities dangerous, and that something has to be scarier than the usual threats. If the new chryssalids weren't so scary, they'd never convince Australians to immigrate.

Other than the proper nouns, this is the plot to the first 5 missions of StarCraft.  :D

   lol, you misspelled "and" there.
   Besides which, any motivated drop-bear, (withdrawing from its drug choice, for instance), will outperform several XCOM teams.
