I would suggest using Paint, so that you can select and replace. Or Gimp, if Gimp can do that. But uh... Yeah, that hair is really, really bright. Which character did you take it from?

Joshua. And I took the colors by opening a picture of him in a separate tab, selecting the color, and taking the Red Blue and Green values from that and putting them into the other one.

Maybe tone down each red a couple shades?

Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

So looking at it, it seems like you're using some sort of thing where you're not actually using the shading that the games have? So you have like 6 shades of red in there, which is causing it to look over saturated and just... off I guess. I've done a version that follows the shading of the original mug more to show you what it would look like.

...I don't suppose I could use that one if I just get rid of the background  :P ?

It's a bit hard to shade it right, because Pixlr doesn't have a tool for single pixels. I could try again in Paint, and maybe use another sprite as a reference for the shading.

Yes, you can use it and yeah, I'd suggest using Paint or something for coloring and stuff like that for sake of shading easier and such.

Thanks. And now a transparent background...

I'll add it to the character sheet.

I'll add it to the character sheet.
The space between the dangling clump of hair on our-left (what are those called, anyway?) is filled in when it shouldn't be. There's a stray pixel between the trailing hair at the back and it kind of looks like the ponytail and the rest of her hair have melted together - it's lacking distinction between her ponytail and not.

Does this seem alright? I edited Swordstar's pic to remove the thing on the back to make it seem less like a ponytail and tried to shade it to seem that way too, and removed the bit that shouldn't have been there, although I didn't see any stray pixels like you mentioned.

Ehhhhh, that shading by the collar is pretty off. I'm not... entirely sure what's going on with the hair, hang on, let me see what I can do real quick.

Edit: Maybe this or something

Thought so. That's why I said "tried". Practice makes perfect.

EDIT: ...And I just saw my mistake. *Facepalm.*

Shileka blast the bandit
Taft should move to E8 and stab the bandit
Keyleth to D7 stab bandit
Angus to D8 and hold
And Kaldach can hold and vuln or sth

edit: vulning korhal is a waste cause the nomads can just down him again
