Bio:
Alicia is a native of the mountainous nation of Arer. She comes from a long line of merchants and warriors, so it was expected she would follow one of those paths, whether she wanted to or not. Early on, however, it was found that she was more frail than the average Canis woman, barely able to lift an axe, and not hardy enough for months-long trade ventures. What she was good at, however, was magic. She was sent to a small town with a renowned university in Tairani to train that talent.
She was a natural, quickly progressing to the honor roll. It was a nice life, if not the easiest for one of her age. One day however, an inordinately large and organized group of bandits came into the town, razing the university to the ground and making off with all valuables.
Left without anywhere to live and no money to go home, Alicia was forced to begin a life as a mercenary.
