The creature stares intently at the undead for a few moments, seemingly giving the query due thought. When Thornwhip replies, her behaviour is mostly devoid of the previous elation.

"There is safety in numbers. Unless one of us proves to be a hindrance, there will be no reason to travel alone."

It feels wrong to be standing out in the open where anybody might step on him or start chasing him, so Skwarak wisely has retreated, and is currently circling the area.

Get a feel for this settlement, look around. Maybe nibble on something that looks delicious while the others flap their mouth-holes and make unintelligible sounds. Be ready to follow the larger group from a distance.

The Harbinger shifted uneasily. A hollow sound boomed from his helm;

"I might just travel to Golagd with ye. Darkness is the best for hunting."

"Is it settled then? The orc will go to Bulurtz and the rest of you will make the trip to Golagd?"

Get a feel for this settlement, look around. Maybe nibble on something that looks delicious while the others flap their mouth-holes and make unintelligible sounds. Be ready to follow the larger group from a distance.

You walk through the settlement and find it mostly full of undead. A few other vampires, and lots of skeletons and zombies. The zombies provide quite the treat for you, as they have a tendency to leave random fleshy bits lying around as they walk. You eat a few before returning to the group in hopes that they are prepared to leave; and besides you don't like how few rats there are here. There should be more rats with so much decaying flesh around.

Larek looks mildly disappointed but continues to be silent.

[MrVoid]

"Mister Orc, it occurs that you would be traveling alone.  Though it is not my place to say this, and it would take you away from your kin, might you be interested in going to Golagd as well?"

[~Neri]

"He is usable Host. Current Host dying. Unadvisable should body wish to be kept."

[SOLDIER First]

"You're at no fault; it is definitely your place to ask a question like that, and I am very grateful. But I hope to make a new life for myself as a smith, and I do not believe a forested place like Golagd would be suitable for me to do so. I thank you for your worry, though."
Larek offers Alicia a grateful smile.

"I... am unsure if I would wish to be used as a host..."

"You would not. Current host fully aware. Note how stomach has exploded with Nodes. Host feels all."

[SOLDIER First]

Larek nods, still looking unsure.

"Unless you enjoy an absolute lack of control over your body and horrible unending pain until the worm that has burrowed into your brain runs your body into the ground and abandons you to die by burrowing out of your skull, you do not want to host."

[SOLDIER First]

"Er, right. I do not..."

"If I may, kobolds, while useful for many things, are quite frankly very poor craftsmen... I would hardly trust them to know what metal was, much less work it correctly. That being said, metal will likely be scarce there..."
