before it's destruction, through his connections, however, he survived and found Dr Giro's
notes, which prompted him to seek out a means of augmenting himself with these additions in the hopes of becoming
immortal. He has since then realized the futility in his actions after a stern (Read; hilarious)
talking to from his wife and lives a peaceful life in West City, until people (read; other players)
came to his door seeking assistance in saving the world, for the sake of his wife and three children

Appearance: Dr. Axal's Eyes Close, Then shoot open as One of his ki batteries beep, An aura one magnitude higher than his current one appears around him. If used Twice, His aura disappears completely, and Small jets of Purple and Blue energy Spew out from his Outer joints like a twisted welding torch, this represents The amount of "artificial" ki in his body beginning to dampen his normal life force's appearance.

Effects: Depletes one Ki battery charge to temporarily raise power level with energy lost in transfer at 80%, Increases his power level by 1/5 of the amount stored, and subtracts 2 exertion from all techniques for 1 minute, In return for 2 exertion, the technique can instead of Decreasing focus costs, decrease charge times of a technique by 90% for 30 Seconds. When used twice, (Before one of the effects dissipates) the charge time increases to 60 Time units, the duration is halved for both effects, and Quadruples it's exertion cost. This technique cannot lower any techniques exertion to lower than 0.5, Or it's charge time to lower than 1 Time unit. The duration of a status effect will not lower while he is charging this technique.

(Basically, with both charges, I could use six focus to lower my charge times To his minimum reaction time for 15 seconds, Or Lower Most of his techniques focus cost to 0.5 for 30 seconds.

Appearance: Red Blips Flow up from Dr. Axal's Hand, going into his ki batteries.

Inventor: Dr. Giro created this theoretical move in his notes to drain the life force out of living things, it has not yet been tested, But was prototyped By Dr. Axal
Effect: Drains Ki from the target at a loss of 50% and at a rate of 5 Percent of their remaining Ki per 10 seconds held, does not begin until target is physically held onto for a period of at least 30 seconds. This technique's effect lasts until the target rests, or undergoes a restorative effect. When Ki equal to 1/5 Of Dr Axal's is absorbed, It automatically Fills Slot one of His ki battery, if filling the second slot, It requires that at least 3/10 Of Dr Axal's Current Ki be absorbed.
Exertion: 3 To start the technique. If it is cancelled before the 30 second mark, the residual energy absorbed restores 1 Focus.

Effects: Damage: 4 At no more than 2 units, deals penetrative Damage, But past 10 Distance units, deals an AOE cone of damage equal to half the attack's default damage. at a maximum effective range of 20 Distance units. the max width is 5 Distance units.
Exertion: 3.5
The Reason for low level Ki release having such a low exertion is that it is supposed to release the strain of combat in an emergency, and would be slightly counterproductive if using it actually Inhibited you. As a result, Both of it's component techniques have slightly larger exertions.
