There's a pause and then in a quiet voice Akira speaks again.
"I-if that's alright."

"Good."

Tadhg turns to the noble. "Now, you. There is no doubt of your actions here. You attacked us, tried to murder us, and would I do not think you would be unlikely to do so again if we let you go. You had your trial already, and you lost it." He pauses and looks at the elf for a second, then to Akira. "My friend. Would you lend me your dagger?"

Akira shrugs and pulls out her dagger before flipping it the air and catching it by the blade. She holds it out to Tadhg.

He accepts the blade.
"Do you have any last words?"

[Dwarmin]

"My family will avenge me, human dog. If not on you, then your children-if not them, your descendants. We Elves have long memories. There will be a payment due for todays actions.

Strike now and make me a martyr." He declares.

Kawtari had moved up behind him during the speaking. He'd got to "-strike now-" when she pulled her shortsword across his throat.

After the elf collapsed, the slayer shrugged.
"Kinder when not expected."

Silence falls over the forest as the body falls with an anti-climactic thud.

The monotony is broken by the sight of the eerily quiet wisps dancing merrily over the corpse...they seem to glow a bit brighter, even as you watch.

What do now?

Tadhg nods to Kawtari, then puts his shirt back on. "We should see what we can find in their camp."

Kawtari retrieved her axe and returned to her more standard combat layout, nodding back.
"What fate did the herbalist meet? I assume she is cinders now."

Aldeth had looked away from the moment of the execution, and turns back with a slight frown, and a few fearful glances towards the rest of the party.

"She's resting now. Is her life yours to take? She lived in the town."

Akira starts taking the noble's pants pants.

Kawtari retrieved her axe and returned to her more standard combat layout, nodding back.
"What fate did the herbalist meet? I assume she is cinders now."

Akira is so busy stealing pants, she may not helpfully recall that there were seven, still empty graves dug near the assassins camp. Depending on if they wanted to take Samara back to Glimmerpeak with them, this means either they intended to dispose of their 'help' after the job, and/or there is still a hostage they have not yet buried.

"Probably in there camp."

Kawtari grasped Akira by hre upper arm and pulled her away from the noble before the halfbreed could undress the corpse.
"There is no need to despoil the dead, no matter who they were in life.

Now, you other elves. What do you intend to do? If it is banditry, it is pratical to kill you here, but you could still make something of yourselves. Hunting, perhaps, or return to your home. But if you intend banditry, I will kill you as a matter of practicality. "
