I generally don't hang around on IRCs much. It's just not a thing I do.

That said, maybe it's not too late to start. If it can get me hunting with other B12'ers sooner I'm all for it.

I just took on my first Raging Brachydios. Desire sensor was with me.

One single hunt: 2 immortal reactors, 2 palliums, and one warhead. Chances of me using any of them? Zero.

Also this guy is so much easier than normal Brachydios. For one thing he's slow and huge, making him easy to hit. Compared to the tiny and super fast regular Brachydios, this is a joke.

Edit: I'm also running out of item box space... Halp. Only have about 20 slots left. I can't sell all these things! What if I need this Jaggi scale one day?!

Sell these things. You can always farm some jaggi later if you need to, but you can't un-delete the high level things you need.

Get rid of some low rank scraps, and see how many Wyvern Fangs/Claws you have. I had something crazy like over a thousand before I combined a bunch into lifepowders. Also, if you don't plan to gun, you can sell all your huskberries and bone husks.

I've gotten the urgent into G3 but I need a little break from advancement to farm. Might drop into IRC later with my RL friend.

Finally, after so many days of farming and planning, my final CB armor set is complete.

Challenger +2, Latent Power +2 (for some reason), Honed Blade, and Razor Sharp.

All upgraded to level 12 combined with my honed shitty starter CB which I've been using for freaking forever now.

I have close to 900 defense and 1100 attack.

I also look like a massive badass.

we managed to break gogmazios, I mounted it, and during the sequence where your getting onto it, the demolisher lands on it, negating its enraged form completly(where it goes flying around)

Schwarzschild. The fully upgraded starter CB.

Nice. I'm working on that tree at the moment myself (got Full Blackguard right now), but the CB I'm actually using is Arachnoscale+. I like the high sharpness and the extra poison damage.

I think CB is becoming my favorite weapon, over even GS. Though I'm realizing how much of a pain it is to properly aim Ultra Bursts at a monster's head.

Uhh... I don't recommend the Schwarzschild. It's kinda meh. Almost everything else is better.

It's the "I can't decide what I want to do, so I'll just use this for now" CB. That and it has three slots. The damage is one of the worst for CBs and the element is locked. The sharpness is average. It's just average really.

It's just cheap and easy to make.

I have around four different CB trees going right now, so I'm not too worried. I'm the type of player who sees something shiny and wants to get it and spends 40 hours making no progress but getting a lot of shiny things. I've amassed a number of armor sets and weapons that are all similar rank and haven't really moved forward in a while.

In other news, Dear Hecatelia (fire element CB, element phials) absolutely shreds Shagaru Magala. Ah, elemental advantages... I guess Pokemon did teach me a few useful things.
