Military/Goverent: Your top mages are working on putting together an artifact clockwork that absorbs hear and gives off cold though current test models and speculation seem to be comeing into the conclusion that you can not test this device without EXTREMELY hot temperatures, hotter than the forges of the eastern Karteram blacksmith tribes.

A plague has begun in your main city.
It's symptoms are vomiting, sweating, high fevers, and nose bleeds.
It seems to be spreading rather fast with only a case or two a few days ago and now about a hundred infected, none are dead yet.

Quarantine.

Confirmed infected in their own area, potential infected in individual rooms somewhere so they don't infect one another.

Use some sort of acid or fire to burn things blood, vomit, sweat, and fecal matter come in contact with from infected individuals. This is a waterborn bodily substance transferred plague that likely can survive outside the body based on infection rates and symptoms.

You begin quarantine with concerned infected kept in the prison courtyard and iffy in cells. Your prisons have very few actual prisoners so they seemed the best quick solution.
Scalding hot water is used to clean surfaces and fluids/solid wastes are dumped into the sewer system.

Your disease god friend confirms your belief in the disease being liquid borne and says it may be a similar disease to one that afflicted the people of the island previously.
He's unsure of it's origin (there can be overlapping spheres so there may be other gods who could create it or it could be a run away mutant disease from one that already existed)

Goverment: Commit to research. Have the Necromancer join in as a special adviser to detail what happened to the last victims.
Military: Continue to Quarnatine. Anyone breaking it is killed and burned alive. Later the body is trown in a mass grave.

((Update soon, I was thinking of starting a sister thread for this one where you are a hero for the current god of this thread. The hero would be like a mobile priest, but instead of preaching about the god they to of and do tasks for you and lead parts of your military. They can also be used to battle other gods by fighting their heros or attacking their cities. Sound like a good idea?))

Do we actually need to give orders in this game? The same people will likely be playing both games and we can just assume the suggestions are the voice of our god.

Well it would be something pops up in this game and you want your hero to deal with it then in hero game I'll tell the hero whatever is decided here and the hero will go on an adventure

The prison continues to fill with more infected.
The quarantine continues and out of fear some wash themselves with boiling water causing severe burns.
There are now twenty recorded deaths by disease, two from water burns, and 230 inflected.
None have yet come over the illness, time since first noticed infection: 2 weeks.
People begin to shun infected peoples, one even being stoned by several citizens for attempting to get food when he should have been headed to the prison.
People begin to throw boiling water into the streets and on touched surfaces.

A letter arrives in your plain, it reads of your island being quarantined and trade will cease till infection is gone or completely quarantined.

Disease god is working on it but said it may be a strain of what killed his civ.
