We might be abke to but it's simpler to do a 20 then it is to do a 40 then shrink it all down.

Meanwhile a question: How do we handle doing projects(especially if two or more players are involved, like mine)? Do we just get together in thread and hash out details, would you prefer we do it by pm and just post the result, or whatever?

Its up to you. Frankly, I would love it if you hash it out in the thread, its more fun, and allows others to contribute.

You could, although the military might not like you stealing its... only? I think its the only... Anyways, their only 40mm autocannon. And depending on the rolls you may need more than one.

I request someone with knowledge on weapons to join me, along with someone else to help me with negotiations, if non can be found...I can go alone.

For instance, one dude could go to, say, America to buy some surplus from WW1 and while there see about selling a weapon design or work as head of a design team developing a arty piece and on one developing shells for that arty piece, but not both sets.

I'm making a HMG and gonna work on a modified version of it so according to above I can't also make the trip.

The quote says we can go buy something and sell something.
Or build a weapon and new kind of ammo but not both.

Both of which are 2 actions. So I just took it to mean we could only do 2 things so I can't make a gun, modify it to make a second version and still go negotiate.
